Staff is great and does their best, even on days when they’re short staffed. I wish they would bring the music back, it broke a few months ago and they’ve never fixed it. It really helps time pass for everyone to have some background music.

Theres issues with their computers that create long wait times every time i go in here. Its worrth the wait for the first donor bonus bu after that, its not. I donated 5 times and every time they were having some sort of computer issues. Not one smooth in and out interaction.

The nurse wanted to see my discharge papers from the emergency room because I had blood work done the day before. She made copies and would not return them to me after advising me that “I would never be donating there”. What a breach of my privacy. I think I may start a lawsuit against them. I Would not go to them ever, ther privacy policy stinks Your Info DOB, SS # etc. are probably being sold on the black market.

They NEVER have enough help & the ones they do have like to sit around d and talk to other donors about what’s going on in their lives (cussing, very inappropriate conversations!!!) I will NEVER EVER inappropriate million years recommend this place to anyone!!! It’s a big ol JOKE!!!! I’VE BEEN WAITING IN THIS CHAIR FOR 25MINS & NOT ONE PERSON HAS ACKNOWLEDGED ME!!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH MONDAY!!!
