Overall experience is good they try to get you in and out fast as possible. One of the reasons they know it makes the time go by faster. And if I had to complain about something it would just be that some of the people when they stick you, it hurts and I got a very high tolerance for pain And other people that know how to do it real good I barely feel anything at all. I like them days.! Lol

Staff is friendly. The bonuses in August were awesome; I love when they do bonuses like that. They try to get you in and out as fast as they can, usually no longer than 2 hours. Wish it was a little faster but its not a bad time.

I love this place all the staff always makes me feel welcomed and they even remember me and take extra care to make me feel comfortable. Even with my social anxiety they all make me feel at easy . It’s just a very calm welcoming environment.

Took way to long. Under staffed great place friendly workers just not enough of them. 2 taking vitals and one of them is up and down helping new people answering phone filling snacks waiting over a hour. Standing (no chairs) is ridiculous

The first time I donated, I was nervous and scared, but these stellar nurses were so full of life and every helpful that I got over it within 10 minutes of being helped. They made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, they made me feel like I was a friend/family and they helped me realize I had nothing to worry about because I knew they were going to make sure I was taken care of. Even after I donated. They gave me a call to make sure I was still feeling good. The Fairview heights CSL plasma is a warm welcome. Thank you to all the nurses there.
