This place was good these last six months but now it’s overpacked 7 days a week. They don’t have the staff, and the machines they use are hit and miss. It said I lost 11 pounds just in 6 days. This place turned into a joke. Go here only if you have 3 hours to spare for 40 bucks. If your desperate I get it but there are better places. Or just wait until tax time. The lines might get shorter again. Hope this helps other. Later

Isn’t it quite telling when a business only has 7 reviews and once they realize they can’t delete reviews, they turn off the setting. Perhaps this is not a great place to go.

Had a little bit of an uncomfortable experience at first but the manager there was extremely nice and seemed to really care, and she addressed my concerns. Went there a second time and it went smoothly. Everyone was nice. Had a great experience. The long waits don’t seem to be the staffs fault. They get a lot of people in there at once sometimes, and they can only move so quick with the staffing they have. The second time I went I was in and out in 1.5 hr. Just depends on the time and day you go as well as the amount of people there at once. The app helps suggest times that they’re less likely to be busy.

CSL Plasma in Peoria has become a joke. They have continued to mess with their payouts and the company doesn’t care about returning donors.

This place has friendly staff. Had great experiences here. Pay for donating goes by your weight. For example I am 246 lbs. And The first five visits in 30 days is $100 after that it is $50 & $55 each week. It’s never been that busy when I’ve gone. The first two times takes a little longer prob few hours after that you have less questions to answer on the computer thing. You get paid on a debit card they give you. Same day you get paid. It’s way better than the other plasma center. I def recommend this place. They will take your weight. Blood pressure protein levels and iron levels of all are good each time than you are allowed to donate. Think you need drivers lic or state Id maybe social card too on first visit. Bring a list of all your medications. Takes about 30 or 45 min to donate once your back there. Depends on if you’ve drank enough water and are hydrated. It’s located by a bus stop. Bus stop on side of Hy-Vee. You can refer friends to get more money think you need their email . Download their app. You can check your balance and referr friends. You get points for each donation. Not sure about the points though prob get a bonus after so many. Hope this helps anyone who was looking to donate and get decent amount of money. Oh ya the place is very clean. Staff wears gloves and again everyone is really nice and helpful

My Husband called today to see if he could come back to donate. Since he was deferred because a machine messed up, which is fine. But the lady who answered the phone, was so rude and hung up on him.She said all the managers are busy. We live a half hour away and she told us to drive there to see if he could donate again. Like who does this, you can’t not hang up on customers. We weren’t even rude. how does she still have a job.

Slow and low pay, Springfield pays 125$ and then 65 each donation at octopharma and kedplasma . This place is one of only two in Peoria. No one in Springfield uses CSL . Some of the worst employees including the woman pictured. She’s terrible !!!! If you have to donate in Peoria I guess it’s ok but I won’t visit this place again
