The wait times are ridiculous here. They have 1 old lady doing vitals while there’s a line of 20+ people. There are 7 booths for vitals and they’re only ever using 1 or 2 it’s crazy. I waited in line for over an hour and gave up because it barely moved. I’d recommend looking at other donation centers because this owner clearly doesn’t want to hire enough workers so there isn’t a 2 hour line just for vitals.

This center was better than I expected. I came around 5 and there was no one in the screening line. There were about 4 people screening, so if you ever see 1 person screening they are probably on break or busy. Although there were about 6 people ahead of me in the donor line, I waited no more than 5 minutes. The girls on the floor were friendly. The payment system was down, but by the time I finished donating it was resolved. Overall good experience. Keep in mind this is a donation place, don’t go there being entitled & negative or you will have a negative experience.

These people in these reviews are lying. Once you become a regular donor, you get treated regular. They let anybody stick you no matter how long they been training. The methods they use to train the stickers are idiotic. The staff doesn’t care about your time at all. There is no structure at all. Go to another location. Oh and the pay rate is trash. The prices dropped so much over the last few years. No loyalty to us donors who’ve been around. Worst place of business I’ve ever been to. You see the owner only replying to good reviews

The pay is ridiculous! For the thousands they are paid for our donation. And not to forget the type of people they have working there. There are 25 people in line for vitals and one 70 yr old woman taking them!!! Then get to the bed and you have these girls swearing and talking about they were “lit” last night while they trying to stick a needle in you!!! There are to many other plasma centers to have to deal with this for this change…

Staff is very lazy, has people waiting for 45 minutes just to get in the back to donate. Staff is very slow, rude they also make inappropriate comments to donors out loud which makes everyone uncomfortable! They need to be trained more appropriately especially dealing with the public! The pace needs to be picked up dramatically especially if we are all saving lives with our plasma donations!! They need to act the part at least!! CORPORATE need to step in ASAP!!!!!

If u wanna spend u time sta ding in line for 5 hours and only get 50 bucks this is the place for u. It used to be fas and now vitals is 8 hours long. They don’t pay u nearly enough. Especially eeing as how they making medicine and getting a lot of money off of it. Just a waste. Find another place

They will waste all of your time. I recommend octaplasma any day. I’ve never waited so long. And damn near every time I have to step out of line to see a nurse. Then they dare tell me I gotta go back to the end of the line. I hate this place so much. And the people don’t know how to stick you correctly without lasting pain

The archer location has convinced me never to donate EVER AGAIN. Read the reviews this place treats return donors like trash.They have discriminatory practices out of this world. The guy with the bald spot stuck me so hard blood oozed from the needle and later caused bruising with pain I had to call someone over to adjust it. For my return visit they sent me to the nurse for a bruise they caused, and had the nerve to blame the bruise on me. You wait in those lines for insane amounts of time. Avoid csl.

Horrible don’t waste your time. Went there today went through all the screenings. Get to the physical and they asked if I ate. So sent me to subway got what the doctor told me to come back and they said my numbers were out of range. Really after ordering exactly what the doctor said. Got turned away and not paid for over 3 hours. Scam
