My brother had a problem signing up Friday. They wouldnt accept his mail from Illinois DHS as proof of residence next to my own utility bill. Make sure you have a utility bill with your name if your address isn’t on your ID. They could deny you if it’s not utility. Even after they had agreed that our letter was legit they later claimed that because he mentioned his phone wasn’t working earlier. so it seems like they were trying to come up a reason. My brother made it past the eligibility test which is like over 60 questions. If you’ve been to the hospital in the past 4 months there’s a decent chance you might have to wait a few months to donate. They wouldn’t explain why and what. They just say it’s a rule and can be denied on that basis alone. The rules aren’t written and it appears to be upto the nurse’s discretion.

I had a great experience as a new donor if you’re lucky enough to get Linda she is such a sweetheart she takes her time, & care while getting you situated, the nurses are nice at the back, the staff at the front doesn’t seem as friendly seem’s like they gossip in there lil cubicle but i mind my business, I’m in & out. Thanks Linda for all your help 🙂

It seems like they are deferring people who have been coming to their facility. I just left my doctors office and my BP was fine. The woman who checked it at csl said that it was too high and told me to wait 15 minutes. I can bet that my BP is going to be too high AGAIN and I will be deferred. Someone needs to monitor the front desk and look at the videos of these employees.

This place is a scam and rips u n off. There rude and ignorant. They are suppose to give u results when checking your blood they don’t when u ask them a question there rude. I’ll take my business else where. Your ripping people off you would think you would b alittle nicer

Fatimah the nurse who was on duty when I came in was very rude. She did not want to take me in as a new doner when I arrived. I came in before the time they told me that hey would stop taking new doners and told me she was not taking me, pretty much refusing to do her job. Other guests where around and one even said “she has an attitude that was not right for her to talk to you that way”

I went there for the first time. I ended up getting bruised which didn’t bother me. But apparently it was to big of a bruise to donate. Had to wait for them to clear me. It’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t cleared me so I only have 10 days left to be able to get my 100 rewards yet I still can’t donate because of thier mess up.
