I have only donated 2 times now and the lady Chelsea at this location is amazing!!! My first day she took care of me so well, and today when I was there she was amazing again. She was friendly, caring, has great communication, always checking to make sure I or someone else was doing good. I will always go back to this location just because of her!!! Best experience for my first time donating!!!

I’d avoid this place until they figure out the new machines or become more efficient. There should not be over an hour wait just to get to the floor at 6 on a Thurs. I sat in my donating chair for almost another 30 minutes. That’s 90 minutes before even being stuck as a return donor. Brutal.

My first time donating took 3 hours and I understand that because of all the things that need to be taken care of. I went in for my second donation, I was in line for 50 minutes and still wasn’t helped and only 8 people ahead of me. I stood in one place for 20 minutes of it while watching 3 of your employees not helping anyone, keep in mind there was 20 plus people in line total. One of them was more worried about putting tape on the ends of batteries, one disappeared for 20 minutes and another was just walking around talking to other employees. While standing and waiting finally a few people got through and then they stood waiting for about 15 minutes to get onto the donor floor. Some of us don’t have 3 hours to set a side to donate. I will try one more time and if it’s the same I will not be back.

I like this place and the older guy that works there is always so nice every time I’ve gone I never had to wait long to be seated on the floor. Also you could be sitting longer if it takes you longer to donate.

I’ve never had to wait so long to donate. Walking in to an EMPTY clinic and waited for an hour and a half just to get screened. I was there for over 4 hours. I used to donate in Midway St. Paul and I was shocked that this location took SIGNIFICANTLY longer than I ever had to wait in Midway when the clinic was packed full. Absolutely ridiculous. Over 4 hours for $50. Not worth it at all.

There has been a lot of new staff in the last year but the last few months there has been really good. They are now really fast and do a good job. The lines rarely get long anymore. I also like how clean this place is the new staff are always working on cleaning things when they can. This place has really made improvements.

Lady who stuck my arm was irritable and short with me. Much worse experience than the CSL in Duluth, which is MUCH faster despite a far greater number of donors who come through. This place is inefficient, and some of the employees are rude as hell. Old guy is a CREEP!

I’ve been going to csl for many years in a couple different states and this location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. There is a reason why they have only three stars and it’s because the staff is rude and pushy and most of them don’t even know how to poke correctly which always leaves them digging in my arm. Not nearly enough pay for that much stress.
