I’m writing another review since my first wasn’t added! I love the employees here, they are great. Unfortunately they all work too hard since the center can’t keep employees. The management fail to support or even help when it’s needed. The wait for a bed is well over an hour, and has only gotten worse as the summer progresses. Last winter was horrible. Not sure this place survives. The employees hand are tied when asked for reasons why the wait is so long. Corporate has never responded to repeated requests.

I travel a lot and visit many CSL Plasma locations and I’ve gotta say this is one of the few locations that have good communication and a good process in place. With me moving around there’s always things in the system they have to adjust or change for me and I’ve had to wait up to 2 hours or longer at other facilities all to do what the team did here in less than 15 minutes. The reception tech Sirena was really nice and helpful, my screener Keith and CZ were polite and efficient. Nurse Kris was the star for me though. She helped me fix things with my profile and relayed the situation to staff to make sure my donation process went smoothly. I greatly appreciate the staff that worked today. Everyone was very polite, professional and thorough. This center is worth the 30 minute drive. The entire process from getting my profile corrected and donating took me about 58 minutes total.

Cody Patton is a disgrace as a center supervisor he will pressure you into taking on shifts . He will then treat you differently if you don’t . If you do but things come up in your life he will blame you . Most of the supervisors in the back lack personal people skills and have no sense or moral code

After 3yrs of not donating at this location and figured id try them out again and see exactly why i stopped coming 3 staff seem like they know how to speak to donors the rest want to have tea time and when its time to do their job they get snippy and rude and if you say anything to them about it they will defer you cant imagine why they have to offer so much money compared to other companys or offer a ps4 maybe work on your customer service and you might have some donors stick around

Absolutely disappointed in the donor floor staff. One gal, Tasha is her name, was cussing and complaining about the reception area. She’s rude to donors who come in in the last hour.
