Filthy, smelly and unprofessionally run. The restrooms are frequently filthy. Staff is unprofessional at best. Staff bully donors as a matter of standard operating procedure. Inefficient, without an appointment system one can expect a donation to take 2.5-4 hours. Admittedly I stopped going there two+ years ago because of the outright bullying donors receive from staff. My time and peace of mind are worth far more than the extra spending money.

Ghetto! Rude! I left and went to BioLife in Mounds View, MN. Worth the drive. Clientele was definitely more higher class as was the facility and workers.
