Wonderful staff here!! I was a first-time donor and it was very busy, but the staff members were all super kind and friendly. A huge thank you to Angie who helped make the sign up process fun even though she had so much going on. I have some tricky veins, but there was a very kind and patient man who felt around on both arms and then asked another woman to come take a look. She did give the proper warning that the vein she found may not accept the return process well, and after I said I would be okay with that, she later was able to find it and poke it with very minimal needle movement. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she did a great job of keeping me informed! Overall, a great place. I keep seeing reviews on here that are so negative, but if you go in understanding that the staff are busy and treat them with kindness and respect, they do the same right back to you.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There’s a reason there’s so many one star reviews. The folks giving these one star reviews couldn’t be more correct and many are actually being overly kind because the staff they have working here are terrible. They’re terrible at their jobs and they treat clients like garbage. The only garbage are the people working there. They’re rude, condescending, lazy and just treat people who are going out of their way to help others, like dirt. People donating their plasma are helping others that have serious health problems and rely on plasma and companies like this one are making far more off the plasma then they’re paying donors. Donors should be treated like gold and paid so muchore then they get. Listen to the folks in these reviews and avoid this place like the next pandemic. Go to BioLife. These morons don’t deserve your time and definitely don’t deserve your plasma. PS. Remember. They hire these so called “techs” off the street with no experience in the health field. On the job training. So I’m sure many of them don’t even have a high school diploma. There’s a reason why many of them act as if they crawled out of the gutter because they probably did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU’LL THANK YOURSELF.

While the staff are great, corporate very obviously cares nothing for donors because of the demographics of the area. The facility is incredibly understaffed, has old broke down equipment, and is filthy.

An employee from this center followed me into and around Walmart HARASSING me.. then FOLLOWED me HOME! She was completely unprovoked and absolutely out of line. Will be filing police report.

Yes there can be a wait like any other plasma donating place BUT the staff is friendly and funny (: They do their best with the staffing they have.

They make you wear a mask during the physical but they don’t tell you that until they’ve wasted an hour and a half of your time. If masks are required, it should be said up front. Not everyone can wear one.

I’ve been donating since early 2022, and I can say some of the staff are much better at their job. One such person is Toby, who checked up on me during my donating to make sure I was ok, which most workers don’t do. Decently run and clean

Been coming on and off for maybe a year. Lines are usually like under a half hour to check in, but I really target times when people are at work or early morning to try and beat the rush. Never had a bad stick or anything. If you are a little skittish around an environment where society has not been very kind, that might be a thought for you. I’ve seen nor experienced anything crazy but there can be some entertainment.

Standard CSL location. Amazing great staff— can’t say enough positive things about them, just gets really busy so it’s a bit slower than Lake Street location. Make sure you fill out your questionnaire before you get there because they don’t scan the barcode for you like they do at other locations. You have to scan it yourself at the entrance. Literally my only complaint is that the vending machine needs some maintenance, so I think if that’s my only complaint, they are doing pretty good.

Between some crazy people they get in there for donors and the rude staff, it’s an absolute nightmare to deal with.
