Friendly, Understanding, & Patient staff. Many people who donate are impatient when visiting this location, but I try to remind them that many more people are served here and that the employees do as much as they can to make things move along in a safe &, professional manner. Plasma centers are notorious for drawing some of the most ratchet behaviors out of people, and I have to say, it is extremely peaceful here about 99% of the time. Bring in an ID, a piece of billing or mail from an agency that’s come to your house, do the first-time assessment, then donate. Congrats, you’re on your way to your first payout being loaded into the debit card that they give.

Happy Day
They are so unprofessional they don’t answer the phone. After calling over 20 times nobody ever picked up. I even called one day while I was standing in the donation center and they just let the phone ring on super low I could hear it. Yet nobody moved to ever try to pick it up they just let it rang through. Managment needs to do a better job hire people that really want to work because right now they are not. They are always short staffed the line is normally to the door. Yet I don’t see them hiring any new faces. They need to do better!

They’re not considerate of other peoples time, they let ppl skip you in line, then when you’re done donating atleast 5 workers will walk pass you like you’re not there. They pick and choose who they want to clean up first. After you first donation it’s supposed to take 30-45 mins to donate but usually last a hr cuz they don’t care what you have to do.
