The Milwaukee Chase location is good. I appreciate some of the employees as they care and have a good people attitude. Mia and Risha are great. There are a few employees that are so good. I have had a few shove the needle too far in my arm and was in pain. But over all i like this location.

Amazing, professional,friendly and courteous staff. They work quickly to get everyone processed as soon as possible. Very clean and lots of room in each section of the facility. They also provide drinks and snacks while you wait to donate. New donors receive 8 first time bonus rate and good after that. I’ve also never been hurt by a stick in arm or finger. They all know what they are doing.

There is only about 3 people that are always kind to me. The others have horrible customer service skills and need to be slapped! I will never come donate here again! The managers are rude and it seems like they let whoever run the place. There is this one employee that works there and everytime I come to donate I hear her being rude to someone! She has red hair she’s very ghetto always using profanity and swear words. I hate this place now !

The staff is so messy I’m always hearing non work related inappropriate conversations.The young lady with red and pink hair has horrible customer service and always says she the manager when someone asked to speak to one I hope she’s not a manager .it’s also a young man and a light skinned African America women with glasses who is also very rude that I believe works in reception. I will be calling HR and never returning to donate here again.

They sure don’t tell you everything. Got real sick . I donated at other places. Never got sick like this. Tried to talk to someone. They just ignored me or shifted me off on someone else. This place is the worse. All other reviews are fake…..

They deferred me for life because one of the nurses who didn’t like me lied on my paperwork when I gave them information about something and they put the wrong year so they deferred me… I don’t recommend anybody to go here plus they cheated me out of my pay for three people I referred there and they don’t pay that much
