very VERY BAD SERVICE i donated through you guys for 4 years and i get permanently deferred because someone i brought got flagged for your bad system of false positives. Its been since january she has turned her info in and got cleared, how am i not cleared when i havent had the flag. every time i call i get the runaround im just trying to be cleared so i can sswitch plasma donation services. I was called to the side by management for an “incident” the last time I donated. I didn’t even remember what he was talking about (he wasn’t surprised by this at all) because I made a joke to the tech about “shooting me” with a needle. Basically I was told I shouldn’t make jokes like that. Well I think they are too sensitive for a place that literally looks at blood all day. Won’t be donating here again. Some of the staff are really nice that’s why I didn’t give it 1 star.

I’ve spent a total of 9 he’s in donations at this location I check in at 315 every time today I left the location at 5:50 pm why ???? If this problem isn’t rectified soon I’m gonna take my $1200 bottle of plasma two times a week somewhere where they care about people’s time .
