Great staff, but overworked, underpaid, running a Skelton crew for the corporate profits maximization. Wait times from beginning to end 2 hours minimum every time. Kudos to the hard working staff. But if you’re one of the lightweights and donating, that’s as little as $20 an hour. With the time to get there and back and food and gas, is that worth it? This time last year I was making $75 more a month. So they’re paying us less even though inflation has happened.

Been donating at this location for awhile now. The place is clean and staff helpful. Tho staffing issues sometimes makes for a long wait, Sheresse in particular is phenomenal. She does her best to keep line moving, directing donors and staff to make it more efficient. In my opinion she deserves a raise…always helpful and very biz oriented. Keep her on your staff.

I’ve been asking the same question for days and no answer. Then they put me on hold for 30mins. I call the supervisor 3 times back like she said but she’s in a meeting. Then i call after lunch and she’s gone for weekend. They said 2 days ago that I was all set but now I can’t donate the 5th time for the bonus which I reserved an email for… update it’s been a few more days & no costumer service yet. One question that’s all so I guess I’ll quick on trying to get customer service, why wouldn’t they email the answer

Standing in line to get a bed for over an hour is not cool. They make the whole line wait until a bunch of beds are open then they call groups back. This is poor time management!! By the time you get 6 beds open you’ve had 5 beds ready for how long? Yet you make people stand. Then you call them all in at once and make them sit there for another 30 Minutes to get poked because there is only one person doing that. Try one at a time. Get an open bed, call the guy, poke him/her. Next bed should be ready to go by then. Rinse repeat. Every time I walk in there is a huge line even tho it’s not that busy. I’m not coming back. I appreciate saving lives but not if it’s a terrible experience.

The only reason I gave it a two is because the staff is mostly friendly. Would not recommend coming here though. There is consistently staffing issues, and if not staffing issues then technology issues, that prevent anyone from donating in a reasonable amount of time. For example, today, there isn’t a nurse available. Last week, they opened with one phlebotomist and one technician but thankfully more were able to come in throughout the morning. Plan to spend at least 2 hours here if not 3.

Wonderful staff, cleans everything right away. Wait times vary- so check Google maps to see how busy it is. Staff is very good at placing the needle. If you can’t stand for long times, I recommend bringing a small folding chair.

I am new to the plasma donation. When I went for the first time it was smooth, amazing workers, but a bit timely which I expected. Since then I have donated twice a week. The staff here is amazing. They are always short staffed but seem to put a smile on their faces and always kind. CSL needs to get them more help so they don’t get burnt out.

The place is nice and clean. Love that they offer a snack/water station for the donors. Only thing that can be a challenge at times is the lack of phlebotomist. The lines seem to back up. Seating area is lacking when this happens. The speed at times for some of the crew is slow motion when it comes to hooking and unhooking us. Over all staff is friendly.

The center does a good job in getting people hooked up to donate plasma. Lack at unhooking people when it comes to many finishing at same time. Need to find an organizational structure in one person unhooks and other person follows behind and cleans and reset. Especially if one as to use the bathroom and such and it takes another 10-15 minutes at times to get out of the chair. Other than this process it is fine.
