Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. Standing at the counter. Was not busy at all. Almost all screening booths had employees in it. But no donors. Even when an employee walked up to the counter they didn’t even acknowledge me until another employee had asked them if I had been helped. Just horrible work ethic.

Staff that take your vitals are extremely rude. Spoke with 2 of them this morning. The first one obviously hated her job and the second one told me as I was in line that I didn’t need to stare at her go to the front of the line. She was on her phone. I’m in customer service and I would never dream of talking or treating the customer the way I was treated today. I told her I would never be back and she said okay. Staff does not want to be there and it’s painfully obvious. Trying BioLife. Done with the disrespect.

Definitely not enough help. Went through screening pretty quick. 6 ahead of me in line for donating, bit found out when I got to the donor area, there were 10 ahead of me and none of the machines were set up.

Slowest speed of service I’ve ever encountered. Most of them aren’t friendly at all and a lot of people that are on each shift dont all agree on the same rules and regulations making things confusing and take longer than needed. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

I have been donating here since last winter, and I just had my final visit at CSL due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff (one in particular that seems to be frequently mentioned in poor reviews here). It’s too uncomfortable and unpleasant an experience, and I feel like I’m not wanted or appreciated there. I’m going to try elsewhere.

the people are nice but if you donate here take the money out of the card instantly at an atm. constantly money is being taking out when im not spending it and even though it says i have money on the northern lane app my real balance is 72 cents and now its -.53 cents and they say im gonna get the money back in 8 calendar days.
