First time donator and i was very nervous but everyone made it super comfortable. Laura S the phlebotomist who drew my blood made it to where i could not even feel it, she constantly was checking on me to make sure i was doing okay but i will definitely be coming back to that location. Overall great experience.

I donate here frequently. Usually have no issues. But I’ve noticed that while half the staff is working hard and friendly the other half seems to hate their entire existence and it shows when they handle people. Not everyone is sunshine and rainbows all the time. But a little positivity goes a long way.

It’s hard to feel comfortable getting your blood drawn, but Megan, made everything much easier. As soon as I walked back I was welcomed with a warm smile and a couple of jokes. And as she placed the needle within my arm, I felt no pain or unease. And as I left she wished me a good day. All in all I was quite impressed with the professionalism of this young lady
