I haven’t been here at this location in about three years I thought if I just give it a break it will get better but by reading these reviews I see I’m so wrong it’s closer to me and I didn’t want to travel further but look like to get better service I should do just that cause when I was last there they were so unprofessional I was left on the machine longer than should as I watched one of the young men go and remove others from their machines which whom I was done so much sooner than them. If only you all could promise to get the workers to be more professional and much more pleasant you may get better ratings from this oak park location.

God bless Lisa, she’s such a sweetheart! This has been really the best experience I’ve had with CSL plasma, very compassionate and communicative, I’m really grateful to have come here even though I wasn’t able to get blood drawn out (I was high), it was relieving to know that there’s a CSL that I can go to that won’t be frustrated with me off rip and it makes me even more comfortable to consider coming back again

The most frustrating thing about this place is they don’t know how to determine or remember who was next in line. Often times I was done, waiting for minutes, another person or two get done well after me and they are taken before me. This isn’t just a one off happened once accident. This is consistent practice at this disorganized place. They’re phlebotomists are not good. Additionally, I never bruised before but they bruised me twice already at this place. There are some nice people here, but the general lack of organization, professionalism, competency, and diligence, makes this place more of a liability than a benefit.

Absolutely slow and unprofessional staff, this is the only csl in American that you’re not allowed to have your legs up, so much attitude, snark, bloodstains all over the floor and the beds. OSHA should be notified of the hazardous materials they’re not cleaning. Not to mention how slow this place is. At no time do they have more than 2 people sticking, so people have to about 30 min to get the needle off your arm once your done. And they always remove bandages with the adhesive on the arm hair, so it’s painful and intentional..avoid this csl plasma at all cost, they’re is a better csl across the street in Southfield

I’ve been to this location a decent number times, I have not had issues with anyone there. All the employees were friendly, seemed knowledgeable to their profession, and were all around very helpful. I generally spend about an hour to hour and a half here depending on the time. Now the reason for the 3 stars is because they don’t change their gloves. One lady there had a huge hole in one of her gloves and still proceeded to take care of several people.

This location is Very under staffed and inexperienced. People call off all the time, they don’t like working as a team. They openly talk about each other and they be on their phones when they screen you. Please if you can I recommend that you goto another location until they upgrade there staff. I’m writing this while I’ve been waiting here on the table. The owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I live less then a mile away and now think I should travel a little further for a better experience because its getting worst. I never leave reviews…never but this one is necessary. If they got rid of about 2-3 ppl my experience would definitely improve. I gave this a 2 rating and not 1 because its not all the staff. But those 2-3 are affecting my experience tremendously.

I just started coming here. And I won’t be back to this location. Extremely unprofessional! They talk openly across the tables about their coworkers. People can be waiting to get up cause they are done donating but have to wait until these knuckle heads get off their phones from texting or whatever they are doing that’s not work related. They constantly try to get another employee tho do something they don’t want to do. It’s really sad and I’m new so just think how many more new people may feel like this.

This place is only Ok. Compared to the Sterling heights location, which is better. The staff is always pretty nice..no complaint there…but they do socialize loudly amongst themselves.. sometimes swearing. It’s usually pretty busy and can get pretty crazy. I’d go to Sterling heights, but this is closer.

Do not expect anything speedy when coming here especially now. I have an express pass that I was given, from this location, 4 days ago and they will not redeem because we are in a pandemic and other csl locations are closing. They tell me to “hold onto it.” Long story short, this is about the 4th express pass that I have been denied use of. All of which were issued during the pandemic and with each, I was instructed to use it on my next visit (second donation.) Long story short, I’ve been waiting here for about 2 hours now, with express pass in hand, watching new donors skip the line left and right, with at least 6 people ahead of me. Naturally, I’m a little irritated but all irritation aside coming here is just not a good idea if you value your time.
