I’ve been here a few times, I’ve also been to other Csl locations. Today as I am almost finished with my donation I have a lady sit next to me. First time donor for her.. I expect to hear the usual name last four etc… and I then hear this young man (he said his name is VON I asked) Explains the entire process of the donation for first time donor l can honestly say TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME IVE HEARD IT EXPLAINED IN DETAILS with such care and kindness.. now I know also. Kudos to him

I went for my first donation and everything went well until the Phlebotomist poked me-the poked did not hurt but my hand started to tingle-called her over right away and she adjusted my arm and the tingle went away. Over all everything was fine but now my arm is messed up, aches and hurts to lift-doc said nerve damage, I hope this heals! Telling my story just to make sure it is worth it, I know most depend on this money but others just do it to help-go to red cross if it is not about the money. I am regretting the decision. I donate blood at the red cross and never had any issues. God Bless!

I love this place. I love to feel like I’m giving back to my community. It’s a nice clean and friendly environment. I really love Rina though! She had great customer service skills at the front desk as well as on the donor floor. I can’t wait till she becomes a phlebotomist! She’s gonna kill it!
