I called to make sure what I needed to bring since I was new and made sure they were accepting new people. Lady told me what to bring and said yes I can come that day as new as long as I get there before 6pm. I drove 40+ miles to get there an hour and a half later to be told they weren’t taking new people due to being understaffed. I explained that I had called and drove 40 miles. They told me there was nothing they could do! I drove a 80 mile round trip for nothing. Now I’m broke with no gas. Thanks for the lack of professionalism and integrity. The main nurse was there and could have gotten me in. Now im hurting for money more than I was. Absolutely unacceptable!

Couldn’t donate today due to a problem with their system. However was promised a 20 dollar inconvenience fee and as of and hour after still haven’t received it. Makes me wonder if I ever will get it. Supposed to go back Sunday we will see.

They are very slow at everything they do. They never answer the phone. They are completely unorganized. Always make people stand around waiting for 30 minutes or longer to get back when they have plenty of beds open. This is truly the worst plasma center in the tri-state.

Was my frist time n did great did both my arm n they find my veins quickly in California they poke me 8time because couldn’t find it …so am happy got buy food for my 4boys went buy groceries…see y’all next time .

If the “doctor” here is in a bad mood you might as well be screwed for a couple more weeks. His bad mood means you can’t be cleared to donate. This “doctor” needs a reality check, not the customers fault his ego is bruised by not being a real doctor.

I am rewriting my review I have noticed that they do not answer the phone 95% of the time if you want to get a hold of them you have to go to their location I have noticed some of the staff members are extremely rude I have been donating here for many years and I have watched them slowly go downhill they have not had a bonus in almost a year they’re paying is not equal or did not match the pay of octo farm and a lot their staff members are not very friendly
