I absolutely LOVE this place and location. Everyone is always so pleasant. So nice, welcoming, and smiling. ERIC IS THE BEST!!!! Super sweet. My veins are really hard to get, he has not missed once. Always gets it the first try!!! Great music. Offer snacks and complimentary water. Feels like family after you get to know everyone. They were also very helpful with people that had a hard time reading and understanding questions. I observed that while I was there. Alex is also very good if you have terrible veins.

When you walk in you instantly feel welcomed by the staff! After donating here for over a year the staff feel like friends! They explain the process very well & are so friendly! Tina, Sway, Katrina, and everyone in the back are just wonderful! It’s always very clean as it should be & they are prompt with the process! I recommend them to all my friends!

One day I get sick and she was happily the first one there to take care of me and keep the problem from persisting.
