Great place, all staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. There one of the busiest locations I’ve seen. Large volume of people donating and workers there still go the extra mile to accommodate all donors. Wish they had more like this one. Instead of 5 stars wish I could give them a 10 stars review!

I’ve been donating for at least a year now and my experience has always been great. The workers all around are always nice and makes sure the poking process is smooth for. If I run into a problem, they usually respond right away to make sure I’m ok. I love CSL Dayton location.

This location is racist against white people!! The manager likes to pick and choose what rules he enforces & who he enforced them on. Witnessed him allowing multiple “certain” people to be loud & on the phone & so on and then a white guy was upset and he tried kicking him out for no reason! This place needs to be investigated for racism and malpractice.

Last couple times I have been there have been really bad experiences. The time before last one of the phlebotomist back there wrapped my arm so tight that I could not even slightly bend it , so when I went to try to unloosen it just a little the bandage fell off and I started bleeding down my arm and gripping blood everywhere. I was sooo embarrassed!! Then just the last time when I went back after that when I was finished I noticed I felt a little light headed so when I got up to leave I decided to go back around and get a juice box to take with me home and this hateful lady named Nancy that has senior or something on her badge was HORRIBLE with me, real rude and loud told me that the area was closed and I needed to turn back around so I just put the juice box back and told her OKAY and walked out feeling dizzy. I never even get a juice box when I’m in there but because of how I felt I thought it would be a good idea. I have noticed every time I’m in there she has ALWAYS been very rude and hateful to the costumers. Someone needs to remind her where she is working that she needs to learn compassion and not to mention it’s already a unsettling experience to have to go down there to begin with and that WE the people that are there donating are helping SAVE LIVES!!!! When she lays her little head on her pillow at night if it wasn’t for the people down there donating she wouldn’t have a job! It makes me sick that places keep AWFUL people like that!! I’m not telling nobody else about this place! There is a place in Middletown that I’m thinking about trying instead.

Camryn is very nice and always does well. She stays busy and gets her job done with compassion. Never have had a horrible experience with her. Can’t say that about everyone that works here, there’s a ton of attitudes working and sometimes make you feel unwelcome. Good job, Camryn.

It was really friendly and smooth. I didn’t have to wait to be seen at all, zero hassles, and a wonderful worker named Tawnya assisted me very well thru the process! Wonderful staff !

The staff here is great. I’m about to hit silver tier for the year here in two donations, so I’m there a lot. I can’t understand why the low rating here on Google, but the low score definitely doesn’t do this place any justice. I’ve quite literally NEVER had a bad experiece here.. I’ve been donating for 5 years and have made over 5000 dollars, all while feeling good about myself knowing what I’m doing helps people. These people (the staff) are doing God’s work, and I think people (mostly the negative reviewers) miss that point and just want their money. Complaining about long lines and wait times is just pointless. Complaining about being deferred for a day or a month, well the staff is protecting YOU, and you probably didn’t come in healthy like you should have.. drink lots of water and have a full belly of fats, iron-rich foods, with lots of proteins. Do what I do, I go in there knowing I’m about to relax and watch YouTube for 45 mins to an hour in the middle of my long day. Enjoy your time there like I do. Plus it’s a great little side hustle where you get to help people who wouldn’t live normal lives without our donations. So 10 stars from me if I could. Cheers! See ya soon!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLASMA CENTER! They are extremely under staffed. Got there and got in line at 8:00 and didn’t sit down to donate till 10:00. The girl who originally stuck me messed up and the machine was beeping and on LOW. I had my hand raised hoping to be helped but was ignored until someone finally came over and changed the needle and stuck it into the other arm. I had went to bathroom while waiting in line but had to go again because it had been so long waiting in the lines to get to donation. The workers were snippy and had attitudes because they were understaffed. After being there for over 4 hours and having to be stuck in another arm, I had to be disconnected because I had to use the restroom. I was given 10 dollars for a 4 hour day at the plasma center. The person I came with was done after sitting down to donate in about 40 mins. I was told I didn’t complete the donation, but had their machine not been messed up and my arm was stuck right the first time I would have been able to complete my donation, THEN use the restroom. Called for the corporate number and they hung up on me 4 times. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLAMSA PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO!

It’s a great service for our community, but the wait and pay does not match up. From time you check in ,till in a bed for donation. Is getting slower and slower. 2 hour wait ,then a 35 – 45 min donations is ridiculous to expect of people.

Today at CSL plasma I watched incompetency and rudeness on the highest level from some of your employees. Thank god for people like camryn and a few others who actually respect the customers and treat them with dignity. This location has a serious problem with its employees being incredibly rude or lazy, to the point where I’ve actually talked to the manager and I legitimately feel bad that she has to deal with that level of incompetence on a daily basis.
