Can’t staff. If you go in after 3 you will wait at least 2 hours. Used to go twice a week for 2 years. Never missed. Now I’m lucky to donate once a week, I refuse to wait 2-3 hours for something that should take an hour. Staff properly. Pay more.

I’m so very dissatisfied and disappointed by this plasma center. I’m a new donor and because the lab THEY use is “backed up” and doesn’t have my results back I can’t donate. It’s been over 3 weeks now since I can’t donate and because of that I’m missing out on the bonuses you get by donating a certain amount within a certain time. They’ve told me 1 thing (to come back and get another sample) and then I come in and waste my time by saying, “I’m sorry that email was wrong. We have to wait for the sample to read tested or untested.” That sample was sent on November 17th and STILL hasn’t come back. That’s not the fault of your donors who donate to save people’s lives. If this has been happening like another lady said “for 6 months” wouldn’t you think THEY would use another lab? Seems like a no-brainer to me. How are you going to rectify this, CSL? Are you not in the business of saving lives like you state in the auto message every time I call? Are you making your donors (which is why you have a business) suffer at YOUR labs incompetence? Your donors deserve to be compensated for the failings of the company YOU HIRED to do your lab work. We are the reason why you’re in business and why thousands of people benefit from our plasma. Show us respect!
