Ginger is the BEST! She works tirelessly and knows the patients by name. She greets them with genuine kindness, and I always hope that she’s the one to take care of me when I donate. When she starts my needle it doesn’t even hurt and I never see her sit down! She runs a tight ship and everyone she works with is grateful and happy she’s there, patients and coworkers. That woman deserves a big fat raise!!!! If she ever left the Brewer location, they’d be hurting for sure. Please increase her pay so that she always stays!! We love Ginger!!!

We have enjoyed our donation experience so far! The facilities are very clean, organized and well run. We are always made to feel at home and every one on the staff from intake to the donation floor has made us feel like part of a family. The Hubs has made it to platinum and I am on my way! The people here are super nice! It can get busy at times and the wait can get a little long- but it’s not the staffs fault… they’re overworked and underpaid IMO. Ethan, Chris (the phlebotomist) and Ginger are the best. Always a laugh to be had!

I went to plasma centers down south (two of them) and they were not nearly as professional as the one in Brewer, ME. The service level is very consistent and there are a number of staff members who are outstanding. I go on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Ayse, Ethan, and Derek are my favorites to get “stuck” by because they are very competent and friendly.

I have been going to CSL Plasma since December of 2022, if you want an extra hundred for the week while also simultaneously helping those in need this is a good place to go to with incredibly friendly staff of nurses who is there this help you every step of the way. I personally enjoy going in and having conversations with various people and feel like I’ve gotten to know them on more of a personal level. If you end up going and have any questions from a fellow donor please feel free to find the most well-dressed person there I’ll help you out to the best of my knowledge.
