I think we should be getting paid more! One bottle of plasma is worth 1500 dollars and we get 110 dollars for 2 donations at then 3000 for 2 bottles? Wheres the bonus for loyal customers? Im at platinum donor with 750 people helped. The rewards in the app are not enough at all! Increase pay and bonus for donors who are saving lives. Are we in the business for making money or helping people both ways? Why do all of us go here to donate in the first place. Yes we wanna help people and also yes because donors need the money!

I don’t understand the bad reviews. The initial visit will take awhile. But that’s to be expected. You visit with a nurse, they have to screen you, etc. But every visit since has been a breeze! The staff is polite and professional. The facility is very clean. The wait times have been little. An all around good experience!

Incredibly rude staff. Not enough people working. Now after I do the right thing and tell the manager about the incident, I get deferred for it? Nope I’m done with the incompetent and rude people with this company. I have been a donor here for years but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is how they treat loyal gold members here so I’d suggest going anywhere else but csl. You have a phlebotomist with the name Dirty D on her facemask who will tell you that it’s your fault it’s taking too long when infact it’s due to scar tissue. The lady at the front is an absolute disgrace to the human race. Refuses to do her job and asks questions that are none of her business. GO TO OCTAPHARM!!!

An absolute terrible experience. The RN’s have given me the run around. They do not fully disclose everything that needs to be done in order to qualify to donate. Such arrogance. The RN, Stacy, is a nightmare. She belittles people.

Listen to the bad reviews this is not a CSL to go to take the drive to Parma. Everybody here is rude they’ll refused to register you even if there is enough time simply because they don’t want to according to them to save yourself the hassle.

This place is so unclassy. The nurses are untrained and rude. One told me I looked like my best friend died when my BP was too high, then proceeded to laugh and insinuate I was crazy. I don’t feel comfortable walking into this facility.

THIS PLACE will make you sit there for 4+ hours! hate it here and never going here again. I was there at 12:30pm (today is june 24th, a saturday!) and just waiting for someone to at least register me in their system. I walked out of there at 4pm (the time they closed) and still wasn’t able to even get a physical. TERRIBLE !

So I ignored the low rating because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But from my experience the actual phlebotomists are cool. They’re Black people who are just like you and I. It’s the nurses and security who are ***holes. From my experience they always gave people the harder times. I think it’s just that authority, power really ruins people.
