I’ve donated here off n on for 5+ years. I’ve been off for almost 9 months and went back today. Amber…the best phlebotomist there, instantly recognized me even though it had been 9 months and I’ve lost 50lbs since last being there. My veins are difficult and most ppl have a hard time sticking me. She was one of the few that could always get me. We hugged n caught up chatting for a minute and moved on. Once I was finally donating, all the alarms on the machine went off and she was the one to come fix it. In a world post-covid and lack of employee retention, I’m thankful to see her familiar face and even more happy to be recognized after not going for so long. CSL…Amber is a special person and must be a valued employee! Everyone else I interacted with today was also a pleasant surprise. I never felt like I was putting anyone out of their way to get me set back up as a donor. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable.

I’ve never felt more humiliated. It was my first time ever trying to donate, so I wasn’t sure what to expect and an employee laughed at me because of this like it was the funniest thing they’ve ever heard.

I had donated for the first time, they give you a red folder and in that folder is a questionnaire, I was told to fill it out and bring it back to my second donation and I will receive a $5 promotion to my second donation. I gave it to the lady at the front desk, who said we don’t take those anymore, it’s fine and all but I’m the same week I got the paperwork to fill out and brought it back in, why give the paper out in the packet ♀️ it doesn’t make sense to me

I’ve been coming for about a year, the staff is amazing. From vitals to the donor floor. They remember first names so you don’t feel like a stranger either. Place is always clean and if you have to wait a little longer they apologize for the wait. They are very hard workers. Hailey, hailey 2.0 and amber are all awesome n do amazing jobs

I donated plasma for the first time ever here, and unfortunately my body had a very negative reaction. That’s not the staff’s fault though. They handled it really well and I genuinely appreciate those who helped me through it. I’ll probably try again and hope for better luck given the okay.

Staff at this facility are always so friendly! Girls at vitals are all great. I have issues with making my HR jump when I get there and they all let me relax before they start the process. Katie and Joe are excellent nurses, as are the others. I’m not a fan of needles (who is?), but Hailei is always so gentle and friendly. Amber, Halle, and Dante are some of my other favorites too….there are other great ones, but newer and I haven’t learned their names yet. Everyone is very friendly and makes for a pleasant experience!
