So I am deferred for life because I made a review and posted a couple picture of in side the waiting area. Which there are no signs, ” I bet there will be now”. The only place that there are signs of no phone use, calls, pictures, etc. are inside the actual donation section.. They have clear windows that can see right into that spacing for donors. So I don’t understand the privacy part. The pictures I took you can see from the door outside…. Which is not illegal to take pictures. Now if they’re so worried about “ privacy” then maybe they should not have clear windows! But it’s ok… Stop someone from saving lives over a picture of your lazy low paid workers. The respect for donors by some employees and management are unbelievably minimal. And like I stated in the review that got deleted. WITHOUT DONORS YOU PEOPLE ARE OUT OF A JOB!

Management has no idea how to run anything. Middle management micromanages and insults their own workers as well as tries to embarrass them in front of a room full of people because they can’t stand that they don’t have a life outside of a plasma clinic that siphons the blood from poor people just so they can have a bit of extra money. Employees are rude and management encourages cliches to form causing rifts which leads to a high turn over. A lack of respect and understanding abounds from every party and they don’t see any problem from their actions. Don’t go here, don’t work here and honestly just avoid CSL in general

Called a head of time to make sure everything instructed on the app would be sufficient for a first time appointment. I was yelled at over the phone repeatedly by whoever answered the phone (a man at 3:30 PM on 3/27) stating that he “DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THE APP AT ALL OR MAKING APPOINTMENTS” and repeatedly yelled “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT”, when I told him I was not calling about that but about paperwork he put me immediately on hold. He came back with a better tone, but once again raised his voice at me over the phone in regards to something I never asked. I explained my question again for a third time before receiving “sure” as my answer. This was rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing for this establishment.

Came in. Watched a video. Then the girl at the Front desk said. I have to leave for 15 minutes. Unbelievable. Crazy.

It was late and the facility was understaffed, and I understand that. Regardless, the staff should pay attention to all of their donators. I was the second person to be given a bed once they opened the back section. I was finished, lying in the bed for 20 minutes, watching the phlebotomist help and relieve three other people that had started their donation process long after me. When I politely vocalized my grievance I was told “I’m getting to you sir, I’m just completing this row first!” as if going to the other side of the area was an extreme inconvenience. So I was left with a needle in my arm, helpless, even though I had finished, just because this staff member was going down a row and wasn’t paying enough attention to the entire area. I found her to be very rude.

Management staff is incompetent. Reception staff radioed for help because the vital check line was so long. And they basically responded over the radio you guys will be alright. Definitely won’t be returning nor referring anyone else. CSL thank management for not having the staffs back and the loss of donors.

I don’t understand the low reviews on here. I’ve been going here for two years now and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work, all. Kristina C.
