Today was my first and last time donating here. I sat hooked up to one of the donation machines for over a hour, and watched people who started after me come and go as my collection bottle sat not even half full. I asked for assistance to see what was going on and had the needle in my arm moved around first and then told “I just got here, I don’t know what’s going on” when I asked why it was going so slow. Nobody checked on me throughout the hour I sat there and if I hadn’t raised my hand, I would’ve been sitting there for another hour likely. I requested to stop and was told I’ll be deferred from donating again until November. As a first time plasma donor, this was a truly terrible experience. I won’t be going back here in November, or after.

I spent in total over two days (had to leave the first because I had to go to work) going through the process to first time donate. Found out hours in that I couldn’t because I have epilepsy. I called first to ask if I could donate. Both times I told them early in the process. Finger stuck twice, vitals twice just to be told I couldn’t donate. Horrible.

Been coming here for almost 1 1/2 years. Had no problems till 2023. I’ve been turned away here and there for multiple tedious reasons. A line full of druggies- past ,present and future can still donate. The kicker today was I woke up early to make my 2nd donation before my 4/6 doubles I’ve worked this week. I got hooked up to a broken machine that NEVER separated my plasma and filled up the bottle with my blood instead. I was defur(suspended) for a long time and this was a wk before my vacation. I counted on next wk donation and you played me. I wasn’t in the wrong and you played me. The person who hooked me up should be fired $830 outta my pocket for ignorance lazy workers

first of all plasma places are evil they saw your blood for $1000 and pay you $45 which is why I have never donated second of all there’s a lot of disgusting trashy people in here maybe not all of them but a lot of them I understand some people are down and out and need a quick buck but I was parked near this business and my vehicle was vandalized and I caught the person doing it and then they had the nerve to talk down to me after they vandalized my property and I am pressing charges. They should shut this place down and move it somewhere else. It’s disgusting.

Beware….. Only certain people know how to stick you. I’ve had complications a couple times recently. For one — nerve damage, because one of the veterans couldn’t wait to go home , and stuck the needle too far in. Other staff , immediately rendered the situation when my arm hurt and the machine was blinking red and would not draw. It took 2 months for me to sleep at night without complications over this nonsense. Another time the machine allegedly kinked up and they gave me a Gatorade instead of saline. You don’t need the money. I doubt anyone is actually getting help…..Collectively the place is horrible.

Being coming for roughly 3 years now seen a lot of good people come and go. The pay is instant and I feel like I’m family. I do wish they would bring back bonuses for donations. I am saving lives ya know…

This is the worst CSL to go to , when I first moved down here in November I started donating at this csl center . Haven’t been in months, today I go back and this racist Caucasian woman deferred me because of a 2 year old tattoo that they apparently “weren’t aware of”. Than when I began to tell her she was wrong she called her manager to tell them I was being argumentative !!

Definitely my kind of place to donate and help save lives! The drug screening and survey is quick and efficient, but If I were you… I’d go in early in the morning right when they open so you can be in and out within 1 hour and 30 mins. The staffs are kind and professional. I’m actually amazed how much more we can earn, a lot more than what we usually get 3-5 years ago with a bonus to make things sweeter. I’m also grateful for the kind and professional staffs, which make this only place I feel more comfortable attending.
