On my second visit, I was waiting for two hours without being told I was taken off the queue for no reason. That’s time I’ll never get back. Doesn’t help the guy in front smirked as I explained the situation. Top marks.

Rudest nurse is working today 9/29. Please fire this psycho. Her needle jabs feel personal and are always extremely painful and bloody. She is always in a bad mood and is always hateful. She’d be fired from any normal company because of her disgusting attitude alone. I would never hire her in any medical setting because a blind person could find a vein quicker and not make it collapse.

Please try before you judge. I have contemplated donating for 10 days and was concerned by the negative reviews. Finally decided today to do it today but didn’t hydrate enough beforehand. The center was clean, welcoming and efficient, every person I dealt with was super nice and helpful. I arrived at 7am and my first time intake was only 90 minutes. To those that complain about long waits. Get there early and be ahead, or lay in bed while others get in front of you, it’s all within your power. I was nervous about the process but everyone was very informative about the entire process along the way. Because I didn’t hydrate enough my veins blew and the process had to be stopped after 30 minutes. I appreciate the staff looking out for me and caring most about me. As soon as the bruises heal I will be back. It was a great experience for me.

The nurse lady was rude from the minute we walked in. They wonder why there is a shortage and its probably because their staff has Terrible customer service. She had a terrible attitude, was rude about me waiting until I could tell the other girl I come with that I wasn’t able to donate. Demanded I leave the building. I’m not sure of her name but she’s an older lady. If you donate DONT go to this location. If she doesn’t like her job she should get a new one because nobody wants to deal with someone like her.

Took 10 minutes to check in and get weight etc, 1.5 hours standing in line, guy hooked up people who were after me first, didn’t put the needle in good and had to be readjusted into my vein, the plasma drawing took over an hour and 20. They gave me 45$ If I drive an hour away 38.7 miles one direction 77 miles both that’s 10$ in gas. The card has a fee the arms have fees you are really only getting 35$ minus 10 in gas= 25 for 3 hours and a whole night shot. Not worth it considering they were doing 100$ now it is much less. Will not be back. My time is more valuable. This was my 4th time so it should have been more but at this point I’m not even going to argue

Place is an absolute joke. Staff is very rude and they simply don’t care about you as an individual at all. Last time I donated there I was stuck and I felt a sharp pain through my bicep. The bruise got worse before it got better, a week later and it’s still here and purple in some places, and this happened on only my third time. I went to Octapharma just before going here. Donated there over 10 times and never once had that problem. If you are to donate anywhere, please go to Octapharma. They are friendlier and actually know what they’re doing.

The typical wait time due to lack of staffing and numerous empty chairs in between donors for 25 minutes at a time Is utterly ridiculous. I understand short staffed situations, but is an every visit thing. Some people do actually work and just need the extra money and don’t have the time or the energy to stand around waiting for an hour and a half with six people in front of them.

This location said I had hepatitis and put me on some list so I can’t donate. I went to the doctor and I do not have hepatitis, nor have been treated for it. That money and giving was doing very good things for my mental health and now it’s gone for no reason. I just don’t get it.

If the technicians have a bad day, you will know it. My arm hurt for a week because someone didn’t care. Further more the workers are two faced.

I have donated here on and off for years. I have never been told I had to get stuck by a person after I ask for someone else until today. I don’t like for the short girl with brown hair to stick me because she messed my arm up and couldn’t donate for weeks and it hurt. I asked for someone else and she got an attitude and said she was the only one on the floor. I politely ask for her to get someone from the back, as I have been coming here for years and know for fact she is not the only one here, she said they were busy with out ever going to ask. I said I would wait and she finally went back and came back to tell me they were training and I would have to wait. I have never been in this position in all my years of coming to this CSL. I know with 100% certainty that you have the right to ask for someone else and that with half of the beds on the floor full there is another person to stick as well as a member of management in the back. I have been waiting like 30 minutes and still nobody has come out. Wish they still had good polite staff this is so unprofessional
