Became a new donor on August 22, did the physical and everything. They took me back to take my plasma and Chris couldn’t get the needle in my vain so he told me to come back and I would still be paid. I went back today September 8th and was told since Chris couldn’t get the needle in my vain and they didn’t get anything that I would have to start over and wouldn’t get any money from it because they needed a sample. Why would I stay there 3 hours and do everything over to get no money from it? I’m not sure why I was punished because Chris couldn’t do his job.

Always a pleasant experience when I go here to donate. Sometimes there is a line but it moves along quickly. Pay depends on weight, but they pay new donors more. There are also monthly bonuses or sometimes prize drawings. Really friendly staff and always clean.

I went for a donation and watched the entire 30 minute first time donor video then was told by the “manager” that because i checked my phone during the video that i was now not allowed to donate, then when i asked why i wasn’t allowed to donate but the woman next to me who listened to music on her phone throughout the entire video was allowed to donate, i was told “well i didn’t see that so i can’t pay attention to everyone” even though there were only two of us side by side.
