Some days are definitely better than others here. It’s always festively decorated during holidays. Being a regular donor, I trust the procedure and most of the ladies on the floor are good at what they do. Plus the place stays pretty clean, regardless of traffic. It’s a more satisfying experience than some biological services that I’ve been to in the past and the WiFi is strong.

First time donating today. I had a great experience checking in. It took a while, but Bria, Nicole, and Aubrey (or Audrey?) were doing their job diligently and quickly. When I was done with the donation itself, I started to have a reaction to the citrate which was pretty bad and scary; however, Tyler, Annie, and Nicole (again) did a great job at taking me out of the reaction and keeping me grounded while I was spasming and having a panic attack. I’m really grateful that they acted quickly and Tyler knew exactly what was happening when I told him my symptoms.

The employees acted as if their weekend was more important than a new donor, so I left totally frustrated. If they can’t be trusted to take the time to inform a new patient, why would they take the time to do this properly. I WALKED OUT.

waited a whole hour just to figure out i cant donate bc the ruler said so. this would be my second time donating but the first time donating i was left with a large bruise and now that its healed they still wont take me bc they said that even though im in perfect health my bruising is still there? its not tho, they need to find a better management system bc this is out of hand. now i have to wait a week or more depending on when they decide that the bruising is gone or they lighten up. i don’t understand how my other arm isnt an option it makes no sense that i can have 2 arms but if one arm in there eyes is not good enough they cant use the other. terrible management 🙁

This place needs to Close Down or somebody go to Corporate ! They keep Changing their hours from month to month . No one wants to show up for Work ! They have to call people in because there’s people standing around outside waiting . This is truly pathetic

Had a free hour or so, decided I’d get back on a donor schedule. First time at this establishment, very clean. Receptionist and Physical Nurse were great and professional. The Sticker was terrible, won’t go through her again. Other than the bruise that will probably be on my arm for awhile. Not too bad experience. Just not for the light at heart.

Why is it when you get there you can’t sign in so you wait on line for a hour to be told the system is up now then have to go sign in because they don’t want to do there job just to wait in line another hour and if your a white person has to go through medical and wait on medical for a hour just to be told after being here for 5 hours we are closed come back another day
