Most of the staff is friendly and nice at this place, but there are a few (2 or 3) with a real bad attitude and apparently in need of some anger management or another job. I asked a young woman to unhook me from the machine, after she skipped me by 2 people that were done AFTER me and were BEHIND me in the bed lining, and she didn’t like that. Not only she tried to argue with me that she was [mistakenly] unhooking others that were done “first” in her own eye, she angrily yanked the needle out of my arm and tied it so tight I had to remove the wrapping as I walked out! She literally hurt me on purpose solely out of spite for being called out on her wrongness and missed a good opportunity to apologize instead! She needs another job in addition to anger management! I made a formal complaint to corporate office.

If I could give this place zero stars I would’ve. Mahe is extremely rude. I will never be back. I guess it was because I got there around 6ish when I got out of work and she was ready to go home and rush me out. Telling me to leave after she realized I wasn’t able to donate because I didn’t have my social on me but I rode there with my husband since he was donating. Other employees said I could wait and she said absolutely not and told me to leave. This was my first and last experience.

I called and asked if you can donate with a small bruise and instead of telling me no they told me it’s up to the nurse. When I arrived the nurse told me not even a light barely visible bruise is acceptable. They told me this AFTER they drew my blood during screening. Waste of a drive.

This place is very organized, very clean, very punctual and has an incredible staff team. I have never had any issues. The staff is very caring and makes sure you are taken care of from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. All donors are treated equal. Overall, I have never had a bad experience. It’s GREAT!! And you are helping save lives!

I came back as a new donor. Spent 2 hours waiting to get to the back. The nurse walked me to the back and then put a new donor tag on my machine so I could be stuck next. The employees ignored the new donor sign and continued to stick everyone, but me. What is the point of having the new donor sticker if we are not going to be prioritized after waiting hours before even donating. Zach advised me that CSL does not prioritize new donors anymore if they are busy, which is insane because new donors already have to more steps to complete and always wait 2-5 hours before even getting to the back. Bhumi was rude. I took the new donor tag down and she threw a fit as if it mattered. I have donated numerous times before and I wasn’t getting the new donor treatment so it should not matter.

It’s bad enough to let service animals into what needs to be a very hygienic place. But to have your phlebotomist petting and kissing the animal on the floor? Fing disgusting! Fact is,if it was a real service animal no one would be allowed to touch it! Absolutely gross!!!!

I used to like coming here but I won’t be back after this evening. I attempted to donate at another center that wouldn’t allow me because of a light bruise. I came here to ask if I could donate and they deferred me for a week because the other center has me down as I donated which I did not. Then, the little “tech” or whatever title they give to the ppl that do the fingerstick, proceeds to try to lecture me and condescend to me about “not bouncing between donation centers.” I don’t need the “education” and there are no rules that say you can’t switch donation centers as long as you haven’t donated 2 times in a 7 day period. She was rude and condescending and I ended up just walking out so I didn’t have to listen to her anymore.

The staff makes the whole experience better as a whole. Christian was the first person to stick me and I didn’t even feel it. He does a fantastic job, as well as Leslie. They never struggle to hit my veins although I’m a red stick and they are so deep. Highly recommend them. Plus they will always provide quality entertainment
