I love the center and employees; however, on Wednesday, March 1st I was extremely disappointed when a manager proceeded to loudly reprimand an employee in front of all of the clients, as well as her fellow employees. I understand if she was doing something he did not approve of, but I think he should have called her into his office and reprimanded her one on one. Talking down to her in front of everyone was just embarrassing to me, I can only imagine how she felt.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Glenda is a sweetheart! All the staff do their best to take good care of you. And yes sometimes there’s a long line but that can be expected.

It’s a good place. Just not enough staff there so it is sometimes super packed and you’re waiting hours. But I love the people there. I will continue to come see y’all twice a week.

I recently visited the CSL plasma center as a new applicant. I have a family member who receives the plasma derived medication and plasma donation helps the donor as well as the patient. The staff was exceptional. I know as a donation facility and business staffing is tough but the staff work very hard and one particular individual who really helped with all of my questions that I would like you to l so is the I believe quality manager or director Barron. he was so helpful with all of my questions and very personable. I highly recommend CSL plasma on Rossville Blvd.

I’d give 5 stars because I typically have a great experience here. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. All except for “queen jenny”. How she is employed ANYWHERE is beyond me. She is rude to doners, super rude to her coworker, absolutely condescending in every way. Kick her to the curb and your business will be way better off.

The facility and the staff are awesome! The one thing I have a problem with is you’re allowed a donation twice a week and what days you go on is the days your mandated to keep up with. When only a 48 hour minimum is mandated between donations. The new week always starts on Monday. If you go on a Sunday for your second visit and Monday on your first you still have opportunity 48 hours after donating a Monday but if you’re deferred or run late or not able to get there on Sunday you lose your second donation which pays more than the first donation of the week. If they wanted your plasma that would allow you to donate 48 hours after your first donation of the week. If you donate it on a Friday and the Sunday missed Friday you would lose your second donation. It doesn’t allow you 7 days to donate. You’re only allowed the window between your first and second donation that you had originally went on. They screw their self out of the second donation that you could have gotten but because your mandated to go on the same two days the next week that you went on the week before. You donate on Friday and Sunday that’s all that you’re going to be able to donate on the next week and one of those days get screwed up you miss your second donation and so do they. It’s a great cause to donate but nine times out of 10 people go for the money. The Matrix or the digital system can set up to monitor 48 hours between donations with 2 donations maximum per week. It shouldn’t be mandated rolling the same 2 certain days as the week before. It’s a three-way screw up. And it is going to happen more often by following certain days then it would be a maximum allotment of two donations. When you miss the second donation. It screws you out of the funds you would have received. The facility out of a second donation and a patient that could have benefited from your second donation. Taking in consideration people donating have to squeeze a 90 min up to two or three hour window into their life to take the time to go donate. That’s roughly the average time it takes to donate.

This place is beyond disrespectful. I came in to donate and they told me I can no longer donate due to a previous issue. The last time I donated I gave a full sample but had to stop the red blood cell part due to blood coming out of the IV place and down my arm and my arm and chest hurting. 2/3 workers laughed and made fun of me for wanting to stop the process. Only one guy Michael actually respected my wishes and stop the process. But because of that I can no longer donate. It’s so ridiculous they said this is a business ….(well if you want good business then you should treat your patients with respect and actually care for them) would NOT recommend this plasma office.
