They had an Egyptian/mixed looking employee named mervette or however she’s rude as hell…after expressing my frustrations about the wait times she barked at me …”YOU DINT HAVE TO COME HERE!!” And was very rude to me …this is not my home location and for that I’m glad but there’s a reason the turn over rate is so high in there…they need better workers and a better system …quit hiring those young people who act as though they don’t want to be there! Giving plasma is already a stressful task so to add attitude and heat to that isn’t cool!!! But I’ve never been treated so nasty ever

They really just don’t like their job especially if it’s busy, they will look for reasons to defer you. I listened to them joke about it, not to mention certain staff can be rude at times.

No matter what time of day or what day you go it’s always busy. There are six booths for the staff to check vitals but 90% of the time there’s only one staff member they’re doing it no matter how long the line is. And if you’re not a new donor or a platinum donor be prepared to wait and said line for at least an hour because all the new donors in Platinum donors will jump in front of you even if there’s no one behind you in line. The staff seems to be miserable at their jobs and not shy about sharing it. I’ve seen staff members on several occasions not change gloves between patients just put some hand sanitizer on it. This place is a health risk

Blew out my husbands vein more than once. And he has huge veins and has never had issues donating blood or having blood draws etc. These people need more training or need to invest in a vein finder thing. Although considering how visible his are, that probably would not help.

My normal donation center was closed so I decided to take a little trip to keep to my routine. Great center! Staff was helpful, friendly and highly efficient. Donation was smooth and easy. Everything appeared nice and sanitary. Definitely worth coming too.

Staff at the center were fantastic; everyone was super nice and helpful. Center is clean, efficient, and professional. Process was explained thoroughly. My only complaint, and it is a big one, was wasting three hours of my very valuable day off from both jobs to find out at the very end of the evaluation process that I can’t donate because of a medication I take. I asked what would exclude me from donating one minute after I walked in and was told of a medication list to look at, which did not have my medication on it. I would ask them to include everything on the list of excluded medications so time isn’t wasted trying to donate. Three plus wasted hours could have been prevented if the list of medications not allowed was accurate.

I’ve been going here for a few years! I love the staff! they are friendly and I always get in an out so quickly!! they NEVER have an issue finding a vein unlike bio mat in murfreesboro. but anyways I recommend this place any day!
