Deferred because they messed up both arms. I love an hour away. Trying to call to see if I have to be there for a doctor’s exam (I work every day) called 5 days in a row from open to close. Very clean donation area, same can’t be said for the bathrooms. Wait times depend on the day and time you go. Kristy always has a bad attitude and gets rude when you request someone else. Mikaela, Carol, and Elizabeth are the best, so I ask for them. All others have bruised me, causing me to have to wait 1 to 2 while I heal. You are allowed to request someone else to do your stick.

The staff is awesome but be prepared because it is damn near impossible to donate. I’ve been turned away so many times the last actual time I was able to donate was in May. I’ve lost more money driving to this place than making it. After not being able to again for the 4th time in a row I’m probably going to forget about donating all together and save the gas.

The center started by reducing the benefits for platinum donors. Now they removed the only benefit. They also made the pay low, no bonuses. There are absolutely no benefits to becoming platinum. It’s apparent the center does not care about loyalty.
