Its a fine place to go but the wait can be really long on the wrong days, best days I’ve found is Mondays and Thursdays. The staff is very nice, never had a problem with anyone and they look after you if there’s an issue with your donation. Great if you need some supplementary income, I’ve been coming here for awhile 2 times a week.

Tina is just a bad person. She does not speak at an audible level. She won’t slow down her speech so she can be understood. Then when I asker to slowdown she becomes indignant. She sent me to the wrong station.I got here shorty after opening. It is now after 10.00.

(DO NOT)!!! Go here.. everytime I have went there’s been problems… gotta chase your money… everytime…as well as the debit card they use.. declines purchases (with) money on card and then charges you everytime it’s declined…not to mention they left me hooked up to machine for a hour and forty five minutes..( hour) to long…very unprofessional place…there employees are any and everybody..all got attitudes…if line is to long..I experienced this myself… They will move half the line around receptionist kiosk out of site so people will still get in line..I will absolutely starve to death before I ever go here again..I went right next door to subway to eat afterwards and card was declined..I know people have it rough right now but don’t go here…u (will) be sorry..

Overall CSL doesn’t have a great rating, so I was to say the least pretty nervous to try it out. But, I really wanted to start giving plasma because obviously the extra money helps any broke college kid but it’s also so cool how it’s actually important and relevant to donate. My dad has been giving plasma in my hometown for a few years already and I had actually tried to go to BioLife over two years ago and was deferred for ONE YEAR just because I had piercings and tattoos. I get you have to let your body heal but an entire year is so excessive. CSL only requires 4 months between the most recent tattoos or piercings so this was part of my motivation for coming here versus other places.

In here right now, over 9 beds open at the moment the staff rather worry about being social and even grouping up rather then do there jobs. They literally go through a do that says do not enter on it from the donor floor to the testing / waiting area. Allot of groupism among the staff here it’s not about the policy’s and procedures being followed but allot of the men and woman here ( woman ) mainly from my experience do not treat or talk to you as a human being but talk at you. Very unfriendly staff, never answers the phone will literally take it off the hook on purpose. Your treated like a bother instead of a priority. Too many other donation locations who offer better parents. Y’all officially lost a donor.

The lines at this place are so long. The lines come out to the side of the building. If you go to wawa and use their ATM theirs no fee. But if you use the card at any other ATM you’ll be charged what the ATM charges plus the card charges its own fee. Which is ridiculous when you gave your blood for that money. They also charge .50 cents to use the card. Half of your money goes to fees #CSLplasma Their are other locations like bio life that are faster and treat you better. In front of the store is dirty.
