Been coming here a year and it’s by far better than all the other donation centers I’ve been to. Some days have a little longer wait than others but these people are doing their best to get you in and out sufficiently. Nicole is always nice and her sticks perfect.

I actually like my CSL experience. The facility is clean and many staff members are quite pleasant. Sure there are times I have had to wait, but that’s just bc I arrived at a busy time. The staff know what to do and are overall quick at getting me in and done. My only suggestion is that they pay donors more after the initial month.

They are racists, to be able to donate blood, you have to watch a video and thus answer some questions, in my case I understand English but there are many technical words that I did not understand and I used my translator, they immediately canceled the entire process that I had done and told me They said that if I didn’t understand perfect English I couldn’t continue. And the worst thing is that the boss is Latino, what would he do if, because he was Latino, they told him he couldn’t work in that place? RACISTS
