I am a new donor and was unsure of what to expect upon arrival. Let me just say that my experience upon arriving was horrible. I advised the young lady at the counter that I was a new donor, once I arrived at 10:45. She told me to scan the QR code and complete a video, she advised that someone would come grab me for me to complete a questionnaire. When 12:15 hit and no one acknowledged me or came to assist me, I became visibly upset and went to the front counter for assistance because at this point, I was leaving. When I got to the front counter, Jackie was there assisting someone else. While waiting for somebody to come help me, she asked me to wait and she’ll come over once she was done. Shirley just stood at the counter staring past me, all caught up in the conversation that Jackie was having with the customers but never did she come to help me. She looked me dead in my face with no regard because she was too busy worrying about what was going on behind me. So, Jackie..Jackie…Jackie, where do I even begin. Jackie was amazing. She saw that I was upset and she made sure to acknowledge it, corrected the reason and single handily made this experience great. She took me in, did my intake, explained everything to me. Her customer service and bed side manner were so awesome. I wanted to donate because there’s a shortage of plasma. If everyone was like Jackie, Ian, Louis, the manager, and the young lady in vital statistics with the awesome hair cut, I believe more people would donate. I made sure to go back on my second visit and will only visit this location. Jackie turned this situation completely around. She’s awesome at her job, and it shows through her actions. Some people just got it, and Jackie definitely “got it”!! Thanks for a great experience!!

It took me 5 hours to donate. Attached is a photo of the bays, where there are 30 total bays and only 4 were being used. We had 50+ people in line and half the employees were standings around. The entire crowd got very loud and upset

They let the lines pile up, no sense of urgency. Plan to be here for HOURS, No matter if it’s 6am or the middle of the afternoon. It’ll be a line of 11 people and they’ll only take 3 on the floor. It’s really Crazy and inconvenient, not to mention they lower how much they giving you like every other month. Be waiting for 3 hrs for $47. And wonder why nobody wants to donate. Cause the people here act like they don’t gaf. AND another thing they reply to everyone comment like they care but it’s a decline in care by day it’s frustrating.

Went to donate plasma yesterday for the first time at the Brandon location on Adamo. The lady told me my Blood Pressure was extremely high. That I would need to come back tomorrow.

I stopped coming about 6 months ago because I was tired of dealing with the people they have working here. Completely unprofessional. So I came back and had to go through the checkup process again. It took forever. I don’t know who is running this place but from the outside looking in, it’s not good. I feel like I’m being looked down on when I come here by the nurses and would have flat out left if I didn’t need the money. I don’t need my butt kissed when I go somewhere but treating people like they are less than is not the way to go.

I have been going to this CSL Plasma location since May consistently.(Over 20 visits) Every-time I do come donate, I notice a constant decline in productivity and morale, with wait times getting longer. Today is the day where the straw broke the camels back, I came in at 4pm and did not get to leave with my donation completed until 9pm. The reason for this wait time was strictly because of the way they make people wait and WILL NOT SIT ANYMORE PEOPLE THAN 4 AT A TIME. Then comes along closing time, and they will flood the whole section and run everyone at the same time. I will never step foot in another CSL Plasma EVER AGAIN

With not even 20 people in the building the employees walked around and talked while we waited. 2 hours and a full lobby later the workers finally call us in the empty bays just to wait some more.

Tampa location on Adamo, 3 hours 50 minutes!!!!! This place is a COMPLETE TRAIN WRECK!!!!!! Hour in line for vitals check. 2 more hours waiting for a chair. 45 minutes to donate, One guy doing vitals gets up after almost every person he see’s. You see all these open chairs in bays but no one being called back!!! You see staff in the back carrying on conversations instead of sticking people or setting up machines. THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY FROM STAFF!!!!!!!!!! Manger needs to come out and watch what the heck is going on. At one point 15 people in line for vitals and only 1 person doing vitals!!!!! THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS A MANAGEMENT OVERALL!!!!!
