This place opens late, there is only one person sticking people half the time and just about everybody their has an attitude, especially the women. No one greets you or ask how are you. No one smiles. It’s in the hood and sadly businesses in the hood are stock full of people with bad attitudes. They think it’s normal because that all they know. Avoid this place. The staff was really kind except for one lady, her name is Unique. She was very rude and had so much attitude when I would ask questions regarding my safety, it made my experience really uncomfortable. She even started arguing with the woman donating next to me and told her she didn’t understand what the problem was with her. I was shocked someone in the medical field clearly doesn’t care about the safety and comfort of people who have every right to be cautious of donating blood. She even got upset and complained out loud when more people showed up because she didn’t want to help more people donate. If you’re visiting this place I would recommend you request to not donate with Unique.

Very slow! A few of the trainers are rude and the staff is definitely going to need more qualified people if they want to run an efficient center. There was blood on the screening desk when I sat down so I had to ask them to clean it before we proceeded. Donor comfort is not a priority at this location! They are more concerned about their in house timer.

They are crazy slow, under staffed and they prefer to talk instead of getting the donors in and out, so my advice is if u go have a empty schedule for the day and bring breakfast lunch a snack the building is good the security is good but the crew sucks

I was there today to make my first donation and it’s was hell been outside for more than there ours with the heat and the line moved every 45 minutes it was crazy this place have to be supervised by their superiors and they have to contract more experienced personnel In a Veteran who will love to give life others but this place it’s not on the same state of mind

For it to be new i will never come back. Its the older black lady that is so rude. It’s like she hates her job if your life is that bad maybe she shouldn’t be working a job that orientated around people. Made my experience so bad and she has rude customer service whe I figure out her name I will post it on this comment.
