If I can give a zero I would. Absolutely unprofessional and clueless. They have people sticking that literally are practicing on people. EVERYTIME there are a lot of people they mis stuck with 2 bags of ice on their arms. Worst part about it I see them laugh all the time when this happens. If you get hurt there good luck!!!

Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 at approximately 5PM I walked into the Greenacres CSL after a full day of work. I anticipated a long line and expected to be there well after the closing time of 7PM. To my surprise, there was no line to the initial check in. Then after the pre-screening, I walked around to wait for a donation bed and only had 1 person in front of me. I already knew at this point something was up, something was different. When I got called to the donation floor, I witnessed a well oiled machine operating in unison. A body in every bed, everyone getting the attention they needed, hardly any lag time waiting for anything…. Simply Amazing! Well done CSL team! And thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to excellence!

If I could give this place a zero star I would there are a few good people but most are unprofessional, they don’t change gloves after every patient during screening that is just carelessness. I hade a guy putting my needle in who was obviously aggravated throwing stuff onto the machine was rude and made me nervous when he went to put the needle in and I got a positive hep c result back on a plasma test and was freaking out because that’s impossible ,so I had full blood work done by my doctor and turns out I’m 100% clean still can’t donate anymore because of their labs massive mistake they are handing out bad results or getting stuff mixed up on their end this place should be avoided by everybody there’s much cleaner and more professional places to go.
