If I could give zero stars I would this place is full of disrespectful people that need to be retrained in customer service& my girlfriend went in to go use the bathroom with my 2 kids & a big rude lady with red light curly Mohawk looking like a whole clown & gold bottom grill ran at my girlfriend & kids yelling saying your can’t come in here & my kids got scared & started crying & they are no help at all being a new resident just find another location!!!!!!!100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! P.s. they let homeless people use the bathroom but not a kid that had to go really bad….

They have really gotten it together!! The process as become very smooth and I quick! I’m out of there In less than an hour! They seem fully staffed which has cut down any wait time by 85% at least! I get things every time I come in everyone’s polite they know my name they make me feel comfortable and it seems like they care more about the patients again they even set up a little snack table since we are you know getting blood removed and put back in so they set up a snack table with drinks and snacks and honestly they have done a complete 180’ and I absolutely refer people here again!

Everyone there is a joy EXCEPT the wicked witch Ms. RHONDA. She is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. She gets upset because ppl want to pick someone else to go to after they do the questionnaire even though she allows ppl to do that if they want to see her. Its to the point if I walk in and see or her here I will come back when she is off or on break. The way she talks to ppl is unacceptable especially after a long day of work. I have never been rude to her I’m very respectful but that lady will eventually bring u out of character. Other then that everyone else is great.

I have donated for years at Two other locations and this was the best experience I’ve had. I love the atmosphere here and I will continue to be a regular. The staff are professional, friendly, and real. Rhonda helped me fix an issue with my account and made me laugh. The staff did excellent work, and made my time there go by quickly and enjoyably. The Other donors I’ve talked to hear also appreciate this place. I’d definitely not recommend this place for toxic people. They don’t need that negative energy. This is a good vibes only kinda place and I love it.

Went yesterday after going before with no problems and the lady checking people in was very loud and kinda Obnoxious with the man before me. He made a remark to me as he went to the back. She called the next donor and when I stepped on the scale she gave me a attitude about trying to see what I weighed when the scale was not level and made me lean back to catch myself. I know what the Procedures are and know they will tell me my weight if I asked. But this wasn’t the case, so after I asked her not to speak to me like that she took offense to it and made a bigger deal out of it then she should have. Didn’t want to listen to what she did to cause the problem and got really mad to the point she came from around the counter like she wanted to fight me. Another donor got in between us as if we were about to fight. She was an older lady so I wouldn’t of ever put my hands on her but she came at me like she really wanted to do something. And because she acted like that they made me leave for standing up for myself. I don’t care who you are or what your status is for donating but no one coming to this place should be talked down to. It’s a shame because I really liked the ladies in the back. But I won’t be returning to this location ever. They really need to let this worker know that’s not Acceptable behavior, Especially at her age.
