First time there. The process took me longer than expected, but it was pleasant. The staff was super nice and answered my questions and my curiosities. There was one exception one (rude), but I won’t give a bad review based on the one. The location is clean, a slight wait, but you’re taken care of and placed on a machine quickly. If you’re NEW; walk around the wall and proceed straight to the back, First-time Donors. Bypass what you see, you’ll be directed which station to go to next. Download the app (easier transaction moves you faster).

Lately it’s been absolutely terrible here I despise even starting the review this way but it’s true. Not enough staff, 3 hour or more wait even arriving at 6 AM. Although, I will say I am grateful with this being said that above all the staff still carries a positive attitude, great humor and great teamwork examples. Despite this it is extremely unfair to the donors and attending staff members who have to endure the obscenities and poor behavior of some donors to include the security staffed should be retired. Unfortunately it seems like that can’t find a security company, and or security staffing to handle this Location. A few weeks ago a donor decided he didn’t want to stand in line came in and out of line. Several times skipped people even security did nothing. It took a staff member several times to speak to this donor before he was escorted out.

A really great first time experience donating plasma here! The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire process was quick. In and out in 2 hours for a first time donor. I will absolutely be back!

Very friendly staff. Very fast for a first time and every visit after has been professional and as fast as possible. Once you’re in the queue, it’s just a matter of waiting for an available set of beds, but they do a great job of calling for help if the line gets backed up. I will keep going here the staff are rockstars.

They get you in and out fairly quickly. My 1st visit took 1.5 hours on a Sunday! Be warned I believe it’s $100 the 1st 5 times then they give you $57-65, that’s what my roommate shared with me! I’ll update my review if it’s not? Very clean and professional! UPDATE This place will let new donors cut the lines after you’ve waited an hour or more. They denied my donation because I wanted to use my other arm and they had issues getting the needle in, then finally got it in and started pumping then it stopped so they had to go to my other arm, which I used twice already. Next visit my arms were black and blue. They said I needed more time to heal after telling me to come back in 3 days. I wasted 2 hours of my day. Do not have cuts, scratches or bruises it’s they will have to send you back to the nurse and possibly turn you away. I love helping save lives and making a little money as well, butt my time is precious as well! Staff is friendly tho they manager on duty was asked to come here my complaint. I over heard her on the radio day I’m at lunch then the customer service rep said it’s a donor complaint. She had a real change in her voice, butt nice and said she’ll be there after her break. REALLY??? they lost my business and me helping them out I’ll drive the extra miles to another donation center!

This is the worst place to donate plasma. They prey on people that need money the most. After waiting over two hours to donate I left and made a different appointment. This would be my fourth appointment to try and donate. It’ll probably be six hours again and it shouldn’t take that long. Currently looking for a different donation center that treats me like a human being and not just a number and dollar signs. This is the Spirit Airlines of plasma donation centers.

First time setup took 5 hours, registering, downloading app, receive a Visa/Debit Card, get a physical, donate. Afterwards On average it takes 2.5 – 3 hours to donate, fill out the pre questionnaire in the app and show barcode upon checkin, expect long wait times in two lines, then roughly 45 mins blood donation time. Two donations per week max.

After donating about 3 years, I DO NOT recommend this plasma center. The higher ups have no consideration for donor’s time and treat people very unfairly. They have incredibly high turn over among staff which is the result. This place has a toxic, unfriendly, stressful vibe plus it’s usually filthy. Don’t go!

Coming here is like riding the short bus. I don’t know what is worse, this, or waiting in line for food stamps. Some people that work here are extremely rude. Mgmt is horrible here, be prepared to wait, in BOTH lines. It’s evident they do not take pride in their job. Union worker mentality. They understaff constantly. Zero regard. It seems that it would make sense if all staff members working on the floor were cross-trained if management wants to schedule a skeleton crew.. Also, some of the phlebotomists working the floor have 0 sense of urgency whatsoever.. They spend more time socializing and messing around rather than tending to the patients needs. I may check out the Margate location, hopefully they have it more together over there..

Long wait times N.A. do mean like they have one bay open and two people doing needle sticks it is crazy unprofessional staff and when you get done donating you have to wait even longer to get unstuck while you freeze to death I am calling corporate about this as this is not okay at all and I have never gotten a thank you for your donation as they are supposed to say so whoever hires needs to get fired cuz they not doing they job right at all this is crazy
