Worst location! Staff is very unprofessional. None of the phlebotomists can properly insert needles in arm. It was the last of 3 attempts here and all were painful. Staff talks way too much and less work. Very hostile and unprofessional work environment.

I love it here, it’s so clean and everyone is so nice, especially Jay, always got a smile on her face. I’ve tried other CSL centers and they definitely were not as clean and the staff wasn’t as friendly. The best around!

Very bad management at this branch. They have 5 vital stations and always only have 1 persons doing vitals with a line of donators that wrap around because of how long it is. I will sometimes they 2 employees doing vitals but that is almost never

The staff are nice welcome you when you walk in and they put snacks out and after you donor make sure we eat China and Kldene and Kora and Ashley Keyera wonderful staff give them a raise and the building is clean. Always make sure I come too this location cause everyone is nice and friendly and u can’t find a staff like this everywhere…

The only problem I have really is sometimes the wait, I’ve came & left a few times because the screening line was 7 people + and it would be one screener while 2 would be just talking I’m the background, and one female with the all natural hair was arguing with a staff about wearing her face masks and she was clearly sick, that was a major no no for me

My favorite place to be, the staff is awesome my two favorite people there that knows what they are doing is Samantha and china, never has an ssue with them sticking me for plasma, the only downside to the place would be it always at times feel like they are short staff but for the part it a great opportunity for some extra cash.
