This is the second center I’ve donated at and by far my favorite. The staff is always really friendly and location is very clean. Sometimes they get a little backed up, but it’s not usually too bad. I haven’t had a bad stick at the center, it’s always super fast and easy to where I don’t even feel it. I will definitely be back. My only small complaint is I feel like there should be compensation perks for this who constantly donate outside of the points and raffles.

Worst place to donate. I told them I was in pain and their phlebotomists did nothing to elevate the pain. They said “oh well it’s working.” As I was explaining that I could not feel my hand to pump. Would never trust them again. I work at a plasma center and this is not how you treat your loyal donors especially if they could be having a reaction. Unacceptable if I could rate you lower I would.

My last visit was a very unpleasant and deceitful one. The experience was unprofessional.There was a discrepancies that could have been easily resolved had someone been upfront from the very beginning and explainedto me the situation. Sadly I was given the run around and provided with misinformation. Needless to say the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We are all adults here. As an adult I do not appreciate being treated unprofessionally. Do yourself a favor an frequent another location. Very demeaning× and unprofessional experience.

Have been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours now, haven’t even had my physical done and they “close” in 10 minutes. Seems like there’s a lack of people knowing what they’re doing, I even set an appointment to see if the time frame would be better but yet here I am still waiting. Don’t ever come here, trust me
