Slowest place ever, they’ll literally look at you waiting and walk away and talk to a coworker leaving you waiting. They’re very rude and unprofessional! Would recommend absolutely ANYWHERE else than here!!

I went to Csl plasma on September 6th around 6pm. As I reached the donor floor, and sat down the employee that was preparing the Machine to get me started had an attitude already. She was throwing items and being rude to other donors. I over heard her asking her coworker if she should tell people that we’re waiting in line “there’s gonna be a long wait so they can leave” I told her my vain was kind of small before hand. So she just sticks the needle in my arm and left it there while bleeding not knowing if it’s in properly and went to ask her coworker for help. The coworker walks over and moves it around in my arm and I start pumping. As I start to return cells, the machine starts clotting so they start moving it around in my arm again. It starts to hurt extremely so I ask for it to be removed immediately. I started bleeding out my arm.They procrastinate to get the needle out of my arm and eventually end up doing it 10 minutes later. When I get the needle removed, she didn’t even wipe the blood off of my arm and just wrapped it up. The guy employee walks up and apologized and mentioned that I lost 200 ml of blood and I am deferred for 65 days for what happened just then. He also stated that he was taking the blame for it even tho he didn’t even stick me. This is the 609 N Powers Dr UNIT 340 Orlando Florida 32818.

Worst plasma place EVERRRR!! Expect to be waiting hours even when they are empty !!! Leave needles stuck inside your arm even after the blood has already returned !!!! Save yourself time and go somewhere else

I did not have a good experience at this facility. The staff is extremely rude. People come into plasma donation centers to help other people in need of plasma. And in return you’re compensated by CSL for your donation. The staff act like you’re a nuisance. All they do is complain about donors. As if they’re doing you a favor. The staff at this location bring their bad days to work with them and freely take out their frustrations on donors. Find another location to donate.

I have been coming here for a few months and have never had a problem until today 8/05/22 three different lady’s readjusted my needle to get proper flow and keep machine from beeping over the course of a hour with no results. I mention to them that my other arm clots and cannot be used and because I chose to be disconnected I only got half of the 70 dollars. I then talk to a manager Hispanic man with tattoos and he tells me that one ofyoung lady’s checked my other arm and found a good vain wich is a complete lie.no one checked my other arm and I called the manager a lier and asked him to bring the gal in that said that and he refused.. you might want to check cameras in this location because I don’t like liars.
