I have been going to the Longwood Plasma Center since February. I have considered going to other centers, but I really like the staff at Longwood. Everyone is always very friendly and I am usually walking out the door an hour after I have arrived. Very fast and efficient. Especially Sylvania, upfront, and Maurice who is in the back. I would recommend Longwood to anyone who is looking to donate plasma.

This place is as friendly and knowledgeable as anywhere around. Its always smooth getting in and making a donation. I seem to get Julie during intake every time, which is great. She’s amazing and helps me stay calm even through the small needle prick. Great staff all around, would recommend this to anyone who is hesitant to donate.

Love this location, it’s usually working like a well oiled machine. Processing is quick and the staff is attentive to everyone’s needs. Even during the busiest of times, they usually move quick, very few times they have been short staffed in the back. Julie is amazing and literally a backbone in this clinic so if you see her, say hi!

The employees are great and always friendly, but they never have enough screeners working in the afternoon when people get off work. Come 6pm, the line is almost always out the door cause they have only 2 screeners working.

I’ve always had a very good experience here the staff are all very kind and always make sure I am well taken care of in the evaluation process and in my donation process I am always feeling very welcomed and safe.
