I must say I was originally hesitant to go here due to the reviews but here it is: these had reviews are from disrespectful or impatient people with no regard for the stress that they are causing to the wonderful workers here at CSL. I’ve been to every donation center in jacksonville except this one and it is the best one I have been to so far. I was treated with nothing but respect from the beggining of my visit to the end. 11/10 will return. Clean environment, hard working folks. First 5 visits are 100 for new donors right now. Return donors can expect $35 at 150 lbs or below and at least $45 for 150 lbs+

Although this place offers good pay rates each week after your first-time donor fees, compared to some other plasma places, the hassle of just getting to a bed to donate really doesn’t seem worth it. While a lot of people under these reviews will say that the staff is rude it really depends on how you treat them. I’ve never had not one staff member be rude to me or my fiancé who also donates there. I have however witnessed numerous DONORS say very nasty rude things because of impatience and misunderstanding, so of course the staff is going to be rude back. It doesn’t make it okay, but hey it’s their jobs not mine. Now as far as being slow with intake, that is one big con to donating here. They take their time calling people to the booths, then some just decide to get up and walk away, leaving only one person to do intakes. Donor floor isn’t much better. They are extremely understaffed with usually only two stickers on a good day. And those two stickers have to constantly stay up on donors already on beds because they don’t hydrate and eat greasy heavy food before their donations which slows up the process for everyone else waiting to get on a bed. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this plasma center. Maybe under new management with decent staff they could be better.

If I can give zero stars I will give CSL in Gateway jacksonville fl 5 zero stars, the doors opens 45 minutes late, the staff is very unprofessional not customer friendly. It just seems like the staff don’t give a damn, all I hear when I’m there is how much they don’t want to work at CSL and how much fun they had last night. Poor poor service.

I am a previous donor at CSL plasma. I called today to catch up and to become a new donor today. Regina one of the staff members was very customer / donor freindly and answered all my questions no matter how many i had. They are very overwhelmed today and she did her job no matter the situation. By far the WORST center EVER‼️‼️‼️‼️ They rarely answer nor do they want to answer the phones then when they do they tell you to hold as soon as they pick up the phone every time. They never ask if they can help to see if it’s a quick fix or answer they just say hold and never wait for you to respond they just slap you on hold. They never ever show any level of care and they never show case any of the CSL core values or practices to show they care about their jobs. They are always short staffed and not attentive to anything the donors have going on and the donors always have to make them aware of everything. This should be the highest paying center for donations because they greatly and disrespectfully WASTE your time, patience like you dnt even feel human anymore once you leave this center and I’m contacting their head quarters……..The distaste of this center is unbearable……..0 stars should be an option and this center either needs a complete new staff or they need to be put out of business. They also verbally state out loud that they are ready to go soon as the center opens and they openly say and show they don’t want to be there, they just want a pay check. You can stand there and watch the phone ring and see that no one goes to answer until they are tired or hearing the phone rings….. Corporate needs the go there as a undercover donor so they can get the full experience of disgust cause I know they can’t know this is going on.

This my daughter Gmail but today CSL had people just waiting at the door and didn’t come out until 8 just to tell us they are wait on staff they wouldn’t even let you go use the restroom and they know people are drinking water before coming there and then still had at line at 9 still not open and I left I’m not sure Whois running this place but this is not ok I will not tell nobody to come tho this csl location oh yea they told the staff came then left smh

2 stars only for the rewards points they give. If not for them it’s not even worth coming here after the new donor fees. I’ve never seen slower employees than the ones here. They move at a snails pace and if you say anything when they’re just standing around in personal conversations, they threaten to defer you. Two days this week they’re system was down and I couldn’t come donate. Today I show up and am being told they didn’t open at 7am and it’s almost noon and still the doors are shut and there’s a line all the way to Rainbow. Truly pathetic.
