I’ve been going here for a few months. The staff is usually helpful, but sometimes the wait time is bad – you can end up waiting a long time – first for vitals and then again for the plasma part. Except for that, it’s not a bad experience. The remuneration part is okay too (45 now) and better (60 now) if you can donate twice in one of their weeks, which start on Saturday. Yes: you are helping others – my FIL is alive now partly because of plasma he got while in the hospital battling leukemia.

I’ve been using this center since 2016. Always had a pleasant experience. When I first started coming to this center the staff was great. Very fast and friendly. Went down hill for a little bit but glad to see fast service and friendly staff again. Will keep using this center as long as I’m in the area

ABSOLUTELTLY disgusted at todays interaction! Been coming to the same place 6 months and some new girl lied to the manager after i got up from Completion (not a single interaction non buiesness till this point) and went to the bathroom, an older lady worker on floor gave me a playful 2 fist boxing motion and i smiled doing it back to her. Then a Ms.Carter? Came an accussed me falsy that i gavea worker a bird. She had attitide and was even deffered me. I do this for the paitent numbers it told me i helped on the APP . Inconsiderate and lll informed. Wow

Place was nice, people were friendly, but they do not provide full information on what can disqualify one for donation. There is a 400lb max weight for donors that is not on any of the information I checked before coming. It’s frustrating to do what you think is your due diligence, go through the beginning steps, get the card, do the health history, just to get turned away. If you’re concerned you may not qualify for any reason, I recommend calling before coming up.

This place definitely is not the same without Zack running it. I been coming for over 5 years and it just keeps getting worse then today after standing in line an hour I was called on the donor floor was sitting waiting for the phelbotomist to finish the girl in front of me when the person behind me was called back and seated as well. The new manager comes out from the back need I remind you only one person at the time sticking and then sets up the one who came after me and then she was stuck before me. Not one appology or acknowledgement was given.. This place as well as there payout has certainly went down. They definitely need Zack back and all would agree

Some of the phlebotomists there are great, but they are so understaffed and have been backed up lately. I have got defered a few times because my pulse was “too high”, which I kinda don’t believe. The woman who tried to stick me today (Jocelyn I think her name was) did it wrong and she can’t stick. The boss lady had to come see what was wrong and she stuck me multiple times to where I started HURTING. She told me I could either “get defered for 56 days” or see if they could stick my other arm, hell no. She tried to tell me I was dehydrated (which I wasn’t) then wants to stick my other arm????? I don’t think so. She was just mad and defering people because she had to get off her @ss and go work on the donation floor. Trey (I think his name was?) asked Jocelyn if he wants to go ahead and get people ready on the 2nd floor, she said that that was good, but then asked manager lady, but she was like “nO”. Like seriously woman? There was like 9 people in line and you’re just gonna keep them waiting?? And then my mom told me that after I had left, she got the next person sat down and didn’t even clean the seat and just left the bloody needle sitting there. Wow. Very unsanitary. Like I said, most of the phlebotomists are amazing, but that manager lady and the one who tried to stick me, I have no comments honestly. Learn to stick and pick up the pace, managers are just so lazy now these days smfh. Come here if you want, but it’s just a hit or miss tbh.

I’ve never had problems with my heart beat but all of a sudden they’re telling me I’m testing at 135 bpm. I’ve gone to the doctor twice in the month that this has started. There’s nothing wrong with me. Fix your machines and hire more staff and maybe you’d have more donors.

The center manager Tangie is rude and snippy to people even over the phone definitely needs some people skills….and I will NEVER recommend this hell hole to anyone EVER. Get some management training and more reliable staff that don’t try to hurt people on purpose just because they think it’s funny. This place can’t even keep staff past 30 days maybe they need to drug test all of them it’s like a revolving door.

When I first started coming here about a year ago I feel like it was being poorly ran. There was always an hour plus wait just to be triaged then a longer wait to donate. The last few months has been totally opposite, come in with barley a wait and get seated and hooked up pretty quick!! Kayla is my favorite phlebotomist and since Benny has started managing the location the employees and donors seem much happier!!

Management (female) so rude it will leave you speechless she acts like everybody there to donate are beneath her when most are there to actually give to help save lives. She seems to come across as we’re all there for their lousy $45 bucks! Unprofessional and weirdly rude for no reason lol wow!
