My family and I wanted to try out this place. Some mean staff, some alright they act like they hate there jobs. Went through the whole screening process, finger pricked, see the nurse and to the back for donation. To be told my veins were too small thats a first. After being there for hours they didn’t even pay me for my time and sticking me. But yet they told me they were going to pay me but they didn’t.

I love this place. The employees are respectful and efficient. It’s a client based facility and very clean I always try to get Sherita as my tech because she’s bubbly, and meticulous. She greets donors with a smile and is very efficient in the floor. She always checks back and even waves goodbye if she’s unable to do it face to face. God bless you on your journey and thank you.

Today I met the Ms.Bell, the center manager. She was a laid back down to earth lady who keeps it 100%. She was showing me around the place and teaching me what they do in their facility. I can tell she runs the place with structure and she has no problem pulling her own weight. We had a good conversation about business and work ethic.I don’t run into many managers like this anymore.She gave me some encouraging words before I left for the day. I don’t know her salary, but she needs a raise. Big center, Chill staff, and friendly environment.

Makayka need to be investigated because she turns people down that pass to donate. She literally turned 4 of us down and while walking to my vehicle I heard the other 3 say their levels were right . I’ve been donating plasma for more than 5.years at several plasma centers throughout Atlanta, GA. I was very hesitant about going to this CSL Plasma center because of its location. I was very surprised that the place was very clean, as well as the bathrooms. The staff members such as Heidi, Sherita, Ms.Spring and the rest of the sataff are very professional and friendly and they take the time to make your donation process very comfortable.

Security Guard closes and locks the door early before closing time and uses a incorrect analog clock as basis. Leaving donors locked out and unable to donate because he wants to go home earlier. This is bad customer service
