I’ve worked with CSL in multiple states and I have always felt comfortable, but this location was especially nice. The staff, everyone I met, were so kind. They were patient with my name change, my many questions, and I was glad to have picked the exact right place. They stay pretty steady, expect the first visit to take a couple hours as they make sure to go over, one on one, the ways they keep your information private, what substances they test for, and what the process will be like. The small physical is once a year and very easy. I will be going back.

My first time donating plasma here at CSL was a decent first time, What made it pleasant were the young women helping me in the back (Andrea, Dana , and Stephanie ) they were very patient with my anxious questions, starting and stopping and slow comprehension to the process— Miss Andrea, the front end Nurse was very kind as well, Thanks ladies for making this as pleasant of an experience as it could be, considering how sensitive and how uncomfortable it can be. Customer Service, Client Management, etc. are so very important and these women put my mind at ease. Thanks CSL!

I had experiences here that were under Par but was able to have clarification from the Center Manager today and have a respect for the Positive changes being made here. I don’t have any problems coming back. Thanks Shequita

Nothing but attitudes and people who hate their jobs. The heavy set white guy with glasses in the front told me to my face he is not trained to stick patients however the manager made him get on the floor anyway despite him not knowing what he is doing. This staff is unprofessional. Do not come to this location

CSL Smryna need to get it together. The nasty attitude coming from the staff hideous! We all have a full understanding that this location is lacking in staff but CSL is your job! Why try to belittle people who come to donate? If a donation center was not in place none of you would be employed right now. So please EVERYONE runs into hard times just respect people how you would want the same respect.

The entire staff is extremely unprofessional and undertrained. They do not know how to stick. I have a huge bruise on my arm from today. Every staff member was complaining about something. We waited 2 hours in line and then I had to wait almost an hour to be stuck. They have been short staff for almost a year! I’m over the excuses. This will be the last day I will deal with this. I will be going back to bio life. I’m over feeling unappreciated and unsafe during these visits. It’s a shame that you have to ask for a specific person to stick you because no one else knows what they are doing. Unfortunately the girl I wanted was busy and now my arm is bruised and hurting. I’m done. Get staff, train them, and THEN open this location back up. Your going to kill someone one day.

I had a nice experience with the staff while at the location but perhaps a little more training would be helpful. A week later….my arm still looks like I was in battle. I have given plasma before and I have NEVER experienced this before. A picture is worth a thousand words. So. Many. Colors.
