Everyone was very welcoming. I wasn’t a new donor, but I hadn’t donated in over 3 years, so I had to go through the whole process of a new donor all over again and they walked me through every step. When I got into the donor lounge, everyone there was friendly and very competent. I have to admit, I have not been to any other donation center, but I would highly recommend CSL.

It’s ok. You have your ones that are here just for the job and do not see you as human and then others that will have a conversation with you and treat you like someone. It has been a known fact that some think the only reason that the people go in here is to get drug money and that is not true.

I would not recommend this center to anyone. If you want to donate then go to Grifols right on the corner because they defer people for no reason and said it was because i didn’t follow directions. This is not a school and they are not my parents. The only directions i have to follow in there is the directions for the donation process and to be respectful which i did. They deferred me and had no valid reason. Im a quiet person and dont bother anyone so if you actually need the money then go to Grifols because they dont defer people for no reason

I’m updating my review because I feel I was unfair. After all, this place is helping me accomplish my charitable goals for my community, for Christmas this year. I will say the staff were way nicer this last time I went. (I’ve only been twice) The nurses not so much. But everyone else was great. It’s a place, that overall I would recommend, as I feel more good than bad is the outcome. I think we can all agree nobody likes being talked down to or patronized, maybe their nurses just need more training they lack any kind of “bedside manner” you’d expect from medical professionals. But overall, thanks CSL for helping me help others!

My husband loves it hear there very respect he clock in own his phone and he dose his vitals when there done now they take him to a bed it takes about 45 minutes to one hour and he done. And he only. Had to wait a little longer one time but he understood why you have to wait until a bed is free to go to the back. Over all there very clean. There rest room are very clean and the back is cold. So if your cold natured you may won’t to bring yourself a blanket to keep somewhat warm same for there waiting room Area. But own hot days. It nice to have a cold room to seat in I would give them a 10 but it only goes to a five so that’s what I given them

When I first started donating, csl was a great place to go. They were very understanding and considerate and I came for years. I’m not sure what changed(I believe it was a change in management) but the experience has completely gone downhill for me. And today I find that I’ve been permanently banned from donating here due to ‘small veins’ when before the shift I very rarely had an issue. I donated for literal years here and it’s just been a slap in the face to be kicked out over something so silly. If you asked me a week ago where the best place to go to donate was, I would have told you that I swear by csl. But today I would recommend that you choose literally any other center. And I hate that I feel that way because I had formed a genuine bond with many of the employees who were very kind to me. It’s sad how a simple change in management can destroy a great culture.
