The staff on the floor where you actually donate are amazing. Vonne is my favorite. She is kind, gentle, and comforting. The facility has been overall very clean every time I visit. My only issue is that I was given a blue card to receive 10$ extra on my 3rd donation as a part of the new donor rewards. I recieved this card during my first donation ever on Friday August 11. I returned for my second donation on Sunday August 13. When I returned on Friday August 18 for my third donation, I brought my blue card back that was supposed to get me 10$ extra on my donation, just to be told that they no longer honored that promotion. I realize that it is only 10$ but why offer it if you’re just going to disregard it literally 7 days later. I do plan to continue to donate here, I just wish they would have kept their word.

I’m so tired of this staff with their wishy washy personalities. One minute they’re nice to you talking to you. Then the next their in a horrible mood and don’t like you or the job. They certainly don’t pay enough to tolerate their unprofessional attitudes. Talk about you right in front of your face. They judge. Too much saline can make a protein test negative. I’m just saying. I got deferred and don’t know why. I called up to csl and Greg said we can’t tell you over the phone why you are deferred. So that you have to drive an hour away and hour back . I just can’t do ghetto mentality.. All I can do is pray for them. God sees and knows all of you. Certainly don’t mess with a child of God .
